BBPierreThe experience we had at another Riad set very, very high expectations, so read this with that in mind :)
I've worked and stayed in luxury hotels around the world, and if you're looking for a stunning hotel, with pleasant service this would be a top choice. However overall we were looking for more of an intimate experience. Staff were very nice; they were young, friendly, kind and caring. Travelling with my mother however, it felt very uncomfortable when I was asked 'how my wife was doing?!', this summed up the disconnection between the hotel and the experience. A beautiful hotel but short of a 4/5 star experience. It is one of the most stunning Riads you will stay at. The restaurant serves great food, and the views are amazing - if you can handle the three floors of steep steps. Overall, you won't be disappointed but it felt like when we stayed there was no manager for those extra touches you expect when paying this much.

Ssy8888Amazing memorable experience that is worth to travelled for! Was lucky to snap up the last room on my travel dates. It was refurbished from a palace so there are alot of beauty still well kept within. There is a small pool and a rooftop dining area. Staff were hospitable and always there to help. Directions are well marked but also possible to get lost within.

Vvoilette14世紀的房子，建築本身非常精美令人驚嘆。早餐在樓頂，風景很棒，能看到一大片medina。房間設施也不錯，基本該有的都有。但老房子也有問題，隔音太差，二樓有間房間靠着電梯上上下下都能聽到，走道的聲音也會很大。到的那天已經傍晚，進了房子撲來的是一股消毒水的味道。最崩潰的是，2個晚上4次跳電，在這樣的房子裏發生這種事情真的很恐怖。當工作人員說以前從來沒發生過這個情況，就讓人覺得更恐怖。交通還算方便，附近就能停車，也不用拖行李走太久。但這個位置離常規的老城活動區域其實挺遠，老城裡的近道晚上又不敢走。我們大概四五點想在路邊打車，很難打車，似乎這裏往來的出租都坐滿了人。離開早上天沒亮要打車去CTM站，鑒於白天都很難在這個位置叫到petit taxi，讓前台幫忙定了私家車，十來分鐘路程，100dhr，知道被斬，也衹能用這種方法。
前台姑娘非常敬業，感覺日夜都是她坐在那裡。有問題找她就對了，但是讓人覺得推晚餐和spa有點過了，不過拒絕也就不再說什麼。臨走那天早上還起來幫我們打包了早餐。

位置偏,但總的來說酒店體驗和質量都很不錯
只有負面的素食選擇缺乏,如果增加素食,這真的有助於印度人選擇酒店作爲他們的首選。

訪訪客用戶Nice hotel, it was good staffs and amenities. Cleanliness was good that I stayed with confortable. Highly recommend to stay here! But one of concern is Wi-Fi is weak in your room. However even if you detect these deficiencies, it is great hotel.

MMötley NüFCIf you’re staying in Fes, I recommend you stay here. Staff are super friendly and helpful, room clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself as a great traditional Moroccan feel. Mohammed et al. made us feel very welcome.
The location is great, walking distance from medina mazes. Brilliant stay and enjoyed Fes very much.

YYongyuandeninghai酒店的 WiFi 覆蓋範圍特別全面，不管是在房間裏、大堂裏、餐廳裏，還是在走廊的角落，WiFi 信號都很強，不會出現斷連的情況。我在酒店的各個地方都測試過，網速都很穩定，刷視頻、玩遊戲、下載文件都很順暢。對於需要隨時上網的人來説，這樣全面穩定的 WiFi 真的太重要了

訪訪客用戶A very beautiful riad in the middle of medina, we are so happy to have stayed here. Mesmerising inner court, authentic-looking room, and a wonderful host Youssef, who is very welcoming and always ready to help.
We stayed in the end of December, so it wasn’t exactly warm in the room, and if there was a heater of some sort, that would be just perfect. But then again, it was the 4th riad in a row we stayed at, and it was the warmest of them all even without aircon or heater. With that being said, I’m sure the temperature would feel just perfect during spring, summer or autumn.
Thank you again to Youssef and the team, you left us a wonderful memory of Fes❤️
