南特設有酒吧的飯店

This hotel is in a fabulous location. Bars, restaurants and shops all nearby. However the staff are not of the same quality. Our room had a bath but the plug did not work and so the water just drained out as fast as it came out of the taps. The device on the side of the bath was broken and thus the plug was useless. I mentioned to the girl on reception that there was a problem with the bath and it needed fixing. She told me she would get it fixed. Nobody arrived to fix it that day so I explained the situation to another girl the following day. Again nothing happened. Both girls were not interested and ghisvreflects very poorly on the hotel and the Mercure group in general.

非常棒的驚喜這家酒店位於南特市中心之間,如果趕飛機去機場的路上,交通便利。我預訂了一晚(2021年12月04日至05日)也是基於谷歌和***********上閱讀的好評。我在304房間的住宿非常愉快,因爲房間位於院子上,提供了一個安靜的周圍。房間本身很大,我對它的清潔印象特別深刻。此外,前台的入住和退房非常順利,處理專業。與接待團隊交談,顯然他們真的很喜歡他們在酒店業務中的工作。他們的承諾,在這個不確定的時刻更加響亮,令人愉快和溫暖的見證。下次在南特,我找到了首選的酒店:-)

Awful experience at this hotel. Check in is stated at 2pm so arrived around 3pm with my family (3 year old and a 4 month old.) I was told our room was not ready and we would have to wait. Waited an hour in the lobby (4pm) to be told again our room was not ready and hadn’t been cleaned. Again waited in the lobby and At 5.30pm and close to tears after watching numerous people check in and with a very bored 3 year old and a very tired baby I was again told my room was not ready, bearing in mind this was 3 and a half hours after the 2pm check in time stated online. Also during all of this I was told there were no baby changing facilities available at all in the lobby. No empathy from staff shown for my situation. After stating I would have to cancel and find alternative accommodation a room became available?! We eventually got a room closer to 6pm 4 hours after stated check in time when booking. No travel cot in room as requested bought brought to the room eventually. I am totally in shock with the treatment we have received. Would not recommend if travelling with children or if you want to spend your time sitting in a reception area instead of the room you have paid for!!! Some positives: nice breakfast, room was a good size, snack shop downstairs was handy, bar staff were lovely.

酒店就在南特比較中心得大街上 店內有地下車庫 一天15歐左右吧很方便得 還是蠻好得。離南特城堡博物館都是步行5分鐘內得距離 早上有免費自助早餐晚上可以免費喝兩杯0.0 算是那一圈比較現代化得酒店了 其他都老老得0.0 總得來說物超所值吧 對比巴黎得

位置優越 - 南特最豪華的步行區邦中心 - 法國酒店擁有一定的貝爾Epoque優雅,滿意的房間,良好的牀上用品,很棒的自助早餐,最重要的是,今年我去過的任何酒店中最熱情和最熱情的工作人員(我去過很多地方)。這家酒店沒有什麼可以原諒的,但如果有的話,我會原諒我們遇到的每個人員的微笑,智慧和愉快。這就是促進一個好酒店卓越的原因。

My wife, Sarah, & I stayed here for 7 nights in September in order to visit family, the city of Nantes and the surrounding area. This lovely family run hotel, with a 24-hour reception and a guest sitting-room, is ideally situated in the city centre, near to a tram stop and all major attractions. Our en-suite bedroom was spacious and extremely comfortable. Every one of the staff was delightful, very friendly, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. They gave us much useful information about the city, over and above what one might reasonably expect. The breakfast was superb and had many locally sourced options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend this hotel. NB We had booked direct by phone and the receptionist was immediately very helpful and spoke excellent English.

Ibis is a know commodity. Modern, clean, no-frills. GREAT breakfast, very helpful staff. Quiet. A little warm in the room. I think I would have liked it 10 Euros cheaper per night considering Nantes isn't particularly touristy. I wasn't especially happy that the front desk told us a cab to the airport would be 40E, and it ended up being 65E, with the driver having confirmed the settled price with the hotel - unbeknownst to me - after the fact. No matter. We'd stay here again.

攜程下單把雙份早餐訂成了單人早餐，到酒店后前台反覆確認表示我們真的衹有一份早餐，馬上跟攜程客服溝通，費了不少勁但終於算搞定了，我們自己付款了一份早餐，攜程給退款，早餐還算可以。酒店位置不錯，在主幹道上，附近很多商場和飯館。相比之前住的OKKO酒店來說，設備比較舊，下水道不通暢，客人免費使用的咖啡吧條件一般。

我們在6月的地獄節耽擱了3年之後回到了這家酒店。再次我不能對酒店或服務負責。房間乾淨,牀品和提供豐盛的早餐。明年我們還會再次回來,並推薦這家酒店,因爲它的位置距離火車站2分鐘。Merci pour un excellent séjour David

I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, especially during the summer months. The hotel falsely advertises air-conditioned rooms. While there is an air conditioning unit in the room, it completely fails to cool the space. Despite multiple complaints to the reception, the issue was never resolved. Staff provided inconsistent information and solutions, often resulting in delays or no action at all. To make matters worse, the room cleaning was substandard with frequent omissions such as trash removal and vacuuming. I was forced to visit the reception daily to request missing services.
