I can not say enough good things about the Select Hotel in Solingen. Stayed for 8 nights and it was perfect. From location to accommodations. The rooms are very clean and spacious. They offer a wonderful breakfast every morning. The staff is amazing! I would like to mention Mohammed who went above and beyond to assist me. And he made sure that everything was as it should be everyday. He did this not only for me but he made all guests feel welcome. My German is good but not perfect. I was able to communicate in English with Mohammed. The Hotel was very busy during my stay due to a Convention in Duesseldorf. Despite the craziness the Hotel remained quiet and comfortable. There is also a cute bar near the lobby that serves food and beverages in the afternoons and evening.
