The best place for short vacation in banyuwangi, we have a wonderfulstay there with my 2 kids, they love the pool, playground and the food on the breakfast.. there is some small glitch but management act very quick to turn around the service into good experience. We love our room, its clean and tidy. Thank you for Ibu Dwi for taking care our stay, vani at spa for the relaxing treatment and front desk team for their warm smile and super helpfull. Definitely we will be back again later.

Good location and seevice. The room waa large and clean. Goof hospitality. Good food.

Kami menginap dalam rangka short-term Holiday, niat banget cari hotel untuk staycation sampai ke ujung pulau Jawa. Karena kami lihat di media sosial hotel ini worth it, dan ternyata memang se-worth it itu. Mulai dari masuk ke lobby dan kami sudah excited dengan pemandangan pantai yg langsung tersaji di hadapan kami. Kolam renang langsung menghadap ke laut dan di seberangnya pulau Bali!. Kamar bersih, ac dingin, welcome drink, pelayanan staf ramah terutama staf restorannya ramahh (saya lupa nama mba di restoran yg sangat ramah menyambut kami). Suasana hotel luar biasa di siang hari apalagi malamnya. Kami menikmati makan malam pinggir pantai dengan lampu-lampu taman dan lampu pulau seberang. Kami sangat menikmati staycation di sini. Insyaallah next time Will be here again.

真的不錯，在ijen火山附近，我會推薦給大家。 雖然衹呆了6個小時（因為第二天一早2:30am就出發，前一晚從bromo過來八點才到），但整體感覺很不錯，從前台服務、到餐廳、到住宿體驗、morning call到提前早餐準備，都有水準。 晚上去餐廳用餐，也是一路上很有回憶點的一頓。 讓我覺得整體感覺有點像ubuh的capella。

Stayed 1 night for resting due to driving from Bali back to Surabaya. booked 3 deluxe garden rooms. the staff : not friendly, no standby bell boy The room : smell bad in the bathroom, not cleaned well breakfast : very good, many choices consider as a 4 stars hotel. facilities : playground and swimming pool. Kids love it! will be back? Yes, only for a night / transition

房間很寬敞,餐食很美味。喜歡他們的新加坡戈爾內菜單!工作人員很好,我們在機場接我們的司機非常有幫助。酒店環境提供了一個慢跑軌道和散步的美景。太奢侈了!他們能做的改進是清潔地板,讓它更乾淨,並且注意監控最後一晚的盤子,這些盤子在中午之前還堆在我們的陽台上。當我們入住的時候,從伊金回來休息後,那裏有裝修,有點吵。但是工人晚上停了下來。總的來說,我們很享受我們的住宿,如果再去伊金,我們會再呆在那裏。
