Отличный и комфортный отель, жил в великолепном , просторном номере со всеми удобствами, классное обслуживание, в ресторане очень вкусная кухня. Доступные цены. Очень близко до подъемника. Вокруг отеля вся необходимая инфраструктура. Рекомендую остановиться в этом отеле.

This was our first visit to Bansko and Hotel Ores. The staff at the spa and restaurant were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always greeting us warmly. The food was pleasant, and the variety kept the children happy. Our apartment was spacious enough for our family, providing plenty of room for all our ski gear. However, we did encounter a couple of unpleasant experiences during our stay. One incident involved my husband returning to our room to retrieve his wallet, only to find housekeeping using our bathroom. Additionally, upon arrival, we discovered a dirty sock in our bed, suggesting that the fresh linen had not been properly changed. We raised these concerns with the receptionist and requested to speak with management, but despite multiple attempts, no one was available to address the issue.

In my room there was no hanging device for the toilet paper, nor a closet for clothes and equipment and not any cabinet so I had to use the sofa instead. On the other hand, the staff was nice and helpful. The location is good and the spa is lovely. Wall are very thin and you can hear anything... A 5 star hotel? Are you serious?

We had a fantastic stay at Ores Boutique Hotel! The hotel itself is lovely and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sauna and pool were amazing, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection for everyone. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, especially with our kids. Kids loved the kids room! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! The location is perfect too—just a 2-minute walk to the gondola and a short stroll to the main town with all its restaurants. The fireplace out front added a cozy touch to our experience. Five stars all around!

2 families of 4 spent a week at the Ores for Easter. I can’t fault this hotel at all. Rooms are spacious and clean. Fresh towels and cleaning daily. Service is good, staff friendly. Food in restaurant was good and variety of an evening was good also. Pool and sauna great after a hard day skiing, towels provided. Hotel in a great location near gondola. We had a very early departure and sandwiches, fruit and water was prepared and ready at reception for us to take with us on our journey. We will be back. Thank you all at the Ores fir a lovely staff.

The worst hotel experience we ever had. The staff is lazy, rude and not helpful. Rooms are ok, but the services are a nightmare. The spa is dirty. We booked a massage and it was the most horrifying experience- the masseuse was talking to herself throughout the massage, making weird noises, cracking her jaw, licking her lips - absolutely the worst ever. We ordered room service. Food came and the waiter dropped a fork on the floor then put it right back on the table. When asked to change the fork he acted like nothing happened. Breakfast is basic, cutlery is dirty and when asked to change it the waiter pretended there was nothing wrong. The decorations in the hotel are kitsch. Everything about it is wrong. 2 stars at best.

All the negative comments are actually real and pay attention to it and don’t overpay for this hotel because it’s not a 5* hotel. Service is for a 2* and the facility for a 4*. I even don’t know where to start as I am super disappointed with the hotel. The only good things are the location (close to gondola), the dinner with the waiter and the cleaning lady Roza. The rest is a real disaster. Breakfast- food very average, cold food (omelette was cold) and there was a rotten orange in bowl for a several days. The guy at the breakfast is rude - my partner was sick and I injured my toe so I asked him to arrange a breakfast in the room - he said I’m more that free to take it from the buffet by myself. Even to not mention there is one elevator for the entire hotel with the staff included- so I was waiting 15 mins with the plates in my hand. The receptionist was laughing at me when I asked him about the activities to do in Bansko. On check in- check out, no one asked us for to help us with a luggage. Cleanliness is really not their main thing. The room itself was spacious and warm, but the plugs for example were falling out of the wall. I will never go back to this hotel and I will do a better research on the hotels in Bansko to not overpaid.

Please dont approach the hotel, tried to do us a sting, during the massage a masseur put a ring on my wife's finger to demand money afterwards, police were involved in the incident and done their job well, in addition the guy standing behind the counter entered our room unknowingly when our children slept inside the room, friends, really bad experience !!!!!!

The hotel has excellent location -close to ski lift, slopes, center, restaurants and shops. Supermarket is opposite the entrance. Spacious, modern and comfortable rooms. The staff is very friendly! Due to family reasons we changed the dates of our booking, the hotel management was extremely kind and helpful in this situation. Transfers from/to the airport were also very good!
