Вчера катались на лыжах с инструктором Игорем(с Молдавии) ,брали 2 часа ,остались очень довольны.Молодой (19летний) паренёк за 2 часа научил с нуля стоять на лыжах,делать повороты,останавливаться.очень его рекомендуем,масса удовольствия,респект.

We stayed at the St. Ivan Rilski Hotel end of December 2023. We were very pleased with the accommodation conditions, looks like the hotel has undergone a major repair process and feels like a new one, the rooms, the furniture, the spa, everything is luxurious, clean and cozy, more than justifies a four star hotel, the service is nice, the staff is very friendly. We had a lesson with Mihajlo from the hotels Ski Rent, very professional, took us just two lessons from absolute begginers to confidently skiing on the blue slopes, very recommended... The hotels location is a bit off the main events and the gondola but the shuttle service compensates for it, it's regular everyday to the gondola and back... Big thanks to the staff and see you guys next year...

L’accueil Est irréprochable, personnel aux petits soins avec les clients. L’hôtel est propre et repas très variés Petit déjeuner au top tout est prévu pour passer un bon séjour Spa et piscines sont très propre malgres le monde J’ai fais deux soins corps , je suis revenue détendue mais en plus elle ose vraiment appuyer sur les points de pressions Super station On espère revenir Tout est abordable niveau tarif

So I recently got into snowboarding and this was my 2nd snowboarding trip (first trip going solo). And I specifically chose this place because I wanted to focus majority of time on snowboarding, and I figured this would place would be perfect because I can be on the mountain all day, come back, go spa, have dinner served, sleep and repeat. And that's exactly what I did. But what I didn't expect is how good the spa and food would be. I was very skeptical on the food because some of the reviews say the food is bland and cold. And I'm quite a fussy eater, especially in Bulgaria because I dislike cheese and most dishes consist of cheese. But I was fine with it. It served its purpose and more. And local alcohol was also included which was a nice surprise. But what really blew me away was the spa services. The saunas, the jacuzzi, the thermal pool, the steam rooms, everything! I loved it and I don't think the pictures or description does it justice. This hotel is also perfect for people who don't mind walking. I was able to walk back to the hotel from a full day of boarding no problem (10 - 15 min walk). And also, this hotel is great value for money! I will definitely be coming back

I booked this 4 star hotel for my partners 30th birthday present as he has wanted to go on a ski trip for a while now. My aim will be to give a balanced and honest review of the hotel as well as some information about Bansko as a holiday destination. Bansko itself had good skiing and some great slopes for beginners . The streets surrounding the hotel were however poorly maintained . We walked 15 mins to the gondola and the grounds surrounding the hotel were strewn with dog feaces and overflowing bins with holes in and food spilling out - great accomodation for rats but not so pleasant for guests on holiday. The pavements were uneven with great cracks and holes which could be very very dangerous . Upon arriving at the hotel, it certainly looked the part of a 4 star hotel. Lovely design and a cosy feel to it. Unfortunately as soon as we ascended to our room on the second floor, we were hit with unbearable heat - the room was extremely hot too and we had to have the window open for the whole duration . This is in great contrast to the hotel staff who are anything but warm . The staff are frosty and unwilling to help - everything just seems too much of an effort for them . They made us feel unimportant and a nuisance. They provided us with no information about where we would eat , where we could gets drinks , how access to the spa works and most annoyingly where to get the hotel transfer back from skiing - it’s the far end of the car park by the way - not where all the other hotel transfers mainly picked up from. No info for the wi fi either. They don’t say good morning back or try to make any conversation whatsoever and if you do ask them a question they are very reluctant to help you. The panorama bar was not included in our ALL INCLUSIVE package which we paid extra for so getting hold of a drink was very tiresome on the first day as it wasn’t during the set meal times . We were sent downstairs then upstairs as the staff didn’t know what was going on . In the end we got a drink from the conference room downstairs which was empty and very strange and not somewhere you’d want to sit and relax so we resorted to having our drink in the lobby/ reception . If you wanted to leave the bar , you had to drink out of plastic cups as guests were not trusted . The room was very basic but was a good size and the balcony was nice also. Unfortunately there was a total of just 6 hangers for two people to share and absolutely nothing in the mini fridge. The walls were paper thin so we were woken by someone violently gagging and vomiting in the night . In addition , we also had a gaggle of irritating teenagers screaming in the corridors and banging on our door and running . This happened twice and went on until gone 2 in the morning . We spoke to them several times to stop with no avail . I tried to call reception but although the room has a phone , there is no number to call downstairs. Decided to stay here on a skiing trip with my friend. As soon as we arrived we were made to feel uncomfortable as staff could not find the booking even though we showed them the confirmation. They then repeatedly kept taking in their language and laughing when they could clearly see we were distressed. Once found our booking they did not give any information regarding breakfast, shuttle bus, ski hire or even check out time leading us to find the information ourself. We were made to feel so uncomfortable when returning to collect a towel card as we had paid to use the spa but once again they could not see this on the booking therefore were unable to use such facilities. We felt as if we were a nuisance and were asking too much every time we returned to reception with a question. The main lady at reception was the worst of them all - very unfriendly and repertory rolled her eyes at us. Would not stay here again and do not recommend if you want a nice relaxing stay!
