It's nice to stay at quite nature. Room accommodation is so spacious and clean. Room service and staff behaviour is nice, like homely. But some room amenities are needed to repair and maintain time to time.

If you want to explore the beauty of mukutmanipur and want to spend hours amid-st the nature watching the beautiful kangshabati river, then this is the best place where you can stay. We opted for lake view deluxe rooms. Rooms are very good and service is up to the mark. Lot of insects during the night which was only problem since we were traveling with our kid.

Had a great stay here. Hospitality of staff is very good thank you for a wonderful experience, hoping to come back and stay with you again!

Staying was good. Behavior of receptionist and the attendants were also very cordial. Everything was fine except room no 316's floor was damped throughout the day and night. And also the walls. Don't know the reasons but it was like that. Quality of food was too good. But sadly we were denied to use dining space because we were told, some other meeting was going on there. That was a truly inconvenience for us.

Nice service,food and hotel.Breakfast in hotel have many varities .Staff is good and polite behaviour.Hotel room is very neat and clean . beautiful views is seen in the hotel to see in room window.Room cost is also reasonable and dinner package are also available.

It was a good stay. Overall take care was done nicely, but they charge extra for mineral water, i was like 1000 ruppees and they want 50 more for what, water? otherwise it was fine.

it was great staying there and the hospitality we got was even more unexpected. it is centrally located and the places you want to visit from there are very much near if you calculate it. There is junction mall 10 mins walking distance. Carnival cinema hall, big bazar 5 mins walking distance. and the bus stand is near to it too.

ROOM AND WASH ROOM BOTH WERE NEAT AND TIDY. AC WAS WORKING EFFECTIVELY. STAFFS ARE GOOD AND COPERATIVE. OWNER OF THE GUEST HOUSE WAS OUTSTANDING IN HER APPROACH. AC WAS NOT WORKING DUE TO TECHNICAL ISSUE WHICH WAS APPRISED BEFORE HAND. THIS APPRACH WAS VERY HONEST APPROACH

One of the cheat service I received from the hotel, very disappointing, they charge me good amount of price for the single occupancy, in the evening I asked for drinking water, they served, lated they came with the bill asked me to signature, said it will be chargable, when I refused, they said you will get only the bottle is on the house, rest will be chargable, mean if I don't have money I can't drink water, I paid the bill being a General Manager of a luxury Resort, for me they are make me upset badly. Hope will not hunter by any other guest. That should clear before the check in that they are not feeding any water. Oops......... Most disappointing. Will not visit,may be never. God bless
