Spędziłam w tym hotelu z rodziną cudowne dwa tygodnie. Minusy - zimna woda w basenie - mała plaża hotelowa ( 4-5 leżaków) choć i tak przeważnie nikt tam nie odpoczywał bo mieszkańcy są bardzo namolni i nie dadzą spokojnie poleżeć czy spacerować. Plusy ( jest ich o wiele więcej) - czyste duże pokoje ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami. - wygodne łóżka - dużo miejsca przy basenie ( nawet jak brakło leżaka to zaraz je organizowano) - bardzo miła obsługa w barze. Pyszne drinki. Fantastyczny sok z imbiru. - bardzo miła obsługa restauracji. Zawsze wszystkiego było pod dostatkiem i stoliki były bardzo szybko sprzątane. - pyszne jedzenie ( mały wybór ale zawsze 4 rodzaje mięs, ryb lub owoców morza) - zupy mistrzostwo świata - bardzo fajne rozrywki dzienne jak i wieczorne. Show wieczorem zawsze inne. Karaoke, bingo, tańce i przedstawienia lokalnych artystów na wysokim poziomie. - położenie hotelu jest idealne. W pięknym ogrodzie, dużo kwiatów i ptaków. Bardzo blisko do miejsc by zobaczyć krokodyle lub małpki. Warto dogadać się z taksówkarzami bo za bardzo małe pieniądze zawiozą nas do tych miejsc i jeszcze oprowadza w cenie. Postój taxi po przeciwnej stronie drogi niż hotel. Tipy/ Napiwki Nie są konieczne ale mile widziane. Najlepiej wymienić pieniądze w kantorze w hotelu mają dobry kurs i dawać napiwki w Dalasi. Monety euro i dolar poniżej nominału 5 jest często nieprzyjmowany albo bardzo nisko skupowany. Ludzie zajmujący się rozrywka w ciągu dnia da bardzo mili ale nie nachalni. Plus za bibliotekę w recepcji i przy restauracji. ( Książki w języku polskim) Bardzo polecam

The bungalow rooms are ok and the cleaners worked hard and keep your room clean. The pool is very cold and needs cleaning more on a daily basis, Pool staff will look after you for sunbeds so cannot complain, the one towel per holiday rule is a complete joke ! so you have a dirty towel for the duration of your holiday, The food is poor, only warm and not a big choice, i was having to warm up my food more in the microwave I was having to remind the staff about plates, glasses and milk not being available. Half-way through the holiday , my partner and myself had suspected food poisoning and stayed in our room for most of the remainder of our holiday. The Tui rep and the Managers of the hotel did try to help us to be fair.

We arrived at the hotel on 29th December 24 at 9.30pm at night. We checked in then went and had something to eat. The food was not covered up and had flys flying around it, so just had a bit of soup. The bar staff were friendly, the drinks were shocking, vodka had never been vodka, had a beer which wasn’t so bad. Around the pool around was dirty. It was very loud and people falling out with each other, ( not the fault of the hotel) Breakfast in the morning wasn’t much choice but it was covered up, so better than the night before, although not good. We went for a sun bed and the staff around the pool was very good and found us a sun bed no problem. As the day went on the people who was rowdy the night before gradually started getting rowdy as the day went on and come night time was kicking off again. The meals were not good, flys flying around, guess where not covering it up when finished but no staff was supervising it. On a few occasions I seen cats coming out of the kitchen area. After 5 days there it was that bad we spoke to our rep and got moved to another hotel. I’d advise to stay clear if you want good food and drinks and a relaxing holiday.
