When we arrived noticed an odd smell in the room although it appeared clean. When we used the bathroom it had a very very strong smell of urine, next to no toilet paper on the roll and the same for the tissue paper. WE got cleaning supplies from the front desk and my wife cleaned the bathroom, the clothes she used were filthy black and rinsed them several times and it took some time to get rid of the smell. This hotel IS by far the worst hotel we have ever stayed in .

I agreed to the rate of $771. But paying $400 or so for one night and $250 or so for a Sat does seem to be out of the norm. And then when I checked my credit card account online, the hotel charged me $500 for something that would be removed the next business day Please explain the hold

L'hôtel est bien équipé. La chambre est propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est très diversifié et de qualité. On est proche des magasins et des restaurants à pied.On a passé un bon séjour.
