Remote, gloomy, scary, no customers at all, ******* house experience.
There are many wild lizards nearby. Then when you check out, they will purposefully find various reasons to deduct your deposit (knowing that you are going to the airport, they will threaten to call the police and delay) The room is at the level of a guesthouse.

The charge was due to a violation of our no-smoking policy, as you smoked in your room. This policy is clearly stated in our hotel regulations, informed to all guests upon check-in, and posted within the room. We have designated smoking areas outdoors for guests who smoke.On your check-out date, our housekeeping team detected the smell of smoke and found cigarette butts in your bathroom, which we documented with photographic evidence. You acknowledged this evidence and agreed to the penalty before you left the hotel. The penalty for smoking in the room is necessary because it requires us to close the room for at least three days to properly ventilate and remove the smell, ensuring it is clean and fresh for the next guest. This process involves significant effort and expense.We understand that you were in a hurry to catch your flight and apologize for any inconvenience this caused. However, it is important to note that at no point did we threaten to call the police. Our policy requires a security deposit from all guests, which is refundable unless there are violations of our regulations, such as smoking in the room.Regarding your comments about the atmosphere and occupancy of the hotel, we strive to maintain a calm and serene environment for all our guests. Even when we are at full occupancy, many guests are often out exploring the area or enjoying the peace of their rooms, which might give the impression of a less busy hotel.We are committed to providing a pleasant and comfortable environment for all our guests, and adherence to our policies is a key part of this effort.
