住宿方回覆: We are sorry you were not satisfied with your stay. However, we would like to clarify that the only rule we reminded you of was no durian inside the hostel, which is a common policy.Our Wi-Fi is clearly available in the lobby and printed on the keycard. Our staff assisted with your luggage, and you still asked to stored your bags after check-out.We have CCTV records of the situation. Unfortunately, we observed disrespectful behavior toward our staff in front of other guests. We treat everyone equally and do not tolerate discrimination or personal attacks of any kind.We strongly reject any accusation of discrimination. Our guests come from many different countries, and we value diversity and equality. Comparing appearances or making personal remarks about staff is hurtful, and comparing us negatively with another hostel is not a respectful or constructive way to give feedback.We are a small hostel, but we always do our best to provide honest service at a fair price. Hospitality should be based on mutual understanding and respect.
