Our recent stay at JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt pampered and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive, always ensuring that our needs were met with a smile. We stayed in the corner suite, which was spacious, with a beautiful view of the Nandi Hills and golf course, and well-equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need. The room offered a perfect blend of comfort and luxury, making our stay even more enjoyable. One of the standout experiences was the Sunday brunch. It was an absolute delight! The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, with something to satisfy every palate. It was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay. However, the check-in process was slower than expected and took quite a bit of time. This was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise flawless experience. Special shout out to Ruma, Padmakhi, Gaurav, Gayatri, and Bipana. Overall, JW Marriott Golfshire Resort provided a memorable getaway, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing retreat. We look forward to returning in the future!

I had the utmost pleasure of staying at one of the best properties in Bangalore. The comfort and hospitality were unparalleled. The property boasts beautiful and great architecture, adding to the overall experience. Special mention to Raj, the lifeguard, whose humility and excellent service at the pool stood out. The pool facilities are top-notch, and Raj ensures everyone feels safe and welcomed, making the experience truly outstanding.

Totally loved the rich landscaping through out the property & the view of the man-made lake & golf course. Rooms were spacious with a balcony & great view! Staff were warm & polite; great stay over all, I can’t wait to be back with family the next time! Loved the gym & the yoga zone!

Grand luxurious hotel with pathetic service! When we Checked in no one from the staff assisted us to our room. It’s a large property with lots of rooms everywhere, some lift have only access to some particular floor. So we had to walk around confused to find our room, every time we ask for help they told us to get the lift. Why they can’t simply assist us to the room since it’s a large place and finding room is not at all easy. Now the room we stay in, is far away from the entrance gate. They had plenty of buggy waiting outside but they weren’t helping is to get to the gate. It was like bad attitude and laziness all around. The one thing I noticed that when I get to the balcony and near the lake side there’s some horrible smell coming up, like the one we gets when we visit zoo, like animal piss or something. Don’t exactly know what produces this smell, but that was horrible. I must say apart from horrible customer service, the room was amazing, spacious, and the amenities provided were awesome

I'm thoroughly enjoying this pool experience—it's such a refreshing and relaxing way to spend the day! Raj, the lifeguard, is known for his humility and excellent service at the pool. His dedication to ensuring safety and providing top-notch assistance is truly outstanding.

The view is breathtaking. The weather is surreal. The staff is very warm, polite and accommodating. The breakfast spread is massive catering to the globe. My corporate event went seamless thanks to Daivik , the Banquet manager and the hospitality staff.
