The Liverpool Blue Hotels

Such a bad hotel. Please don't choose this hotel for stay. The place is unhygienic. Rooms are not neat. AC not working properly. No security for the personal belongings. Windows and doors having no lock. Restaurant staff behaviour was pathetic. Same menu for all days. No complementary snacks provided. The only good thing about the hotel is the staffs. Staffs are so cooperative and helpful especially the ***ager Mr. Pradeep was so nice and always there to help us. Hotel owners should keep in mind to provide good services to the guest. Not at all worth for the money. At least a smart TV can be placed in the rooms. Bathroom doesn't even have all toiletries. We have to always call the reception for each and every thing. Bathroom stings badly due to bad drainage system.

Nice ***agement Behaviour of staff is too good Pritam Das, Subhankar Sarkar ,Asmita Karki are too good.Food quality is also good.Clean and hygiene. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep after long days of exploring.

It was a great stay ans I shall definitely visit again. The ***ager Pradeep was very friendly and helped us out personally several times during the stay. Everything was taken care of and room service was done very nicely every evening. The stay was seamless and I would definitely choose to stay here when visiting again.

Had a great experience, very good atmosphere hospitality and service was excellent, we really enjoyed during our stay. All the staff was polite and always ready to help, cleanliness of the Room and the quality of the amenities. Especially thanks to surajit raut who made our stay much better and comfortable...looking forward to stay again in future

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with the service of Mr. Surajit Rout from housekeeping . I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Pritam and Aasmita were good handling customers nicely pleasant and warm welcome by them they handled all queries and supported well and food was good too overall good experience and stay next time would like to stay again , location also good and restaurant also good

Best service in the town. truly comfortable. Pritam, Nitish, and Asmita always took care of all the amenities and services. Truly a comfortable, cozy and safe stay. Will suggest everybody visiting Bangalore to consider a stay at Liverpool Blue Hotels

The service is very good and the food is amazing and the room is very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family and would definitely recommend and visit this place again whenever in town. Highly satistfied with the treatment.
