每個員工非常努力，熱情 ,餐廳服務的每一位員工都非常友善，我只是記得其中幾位 例如 這兩位員工Debasmita Aastha 都是表現非常專業，perfect and outstanding 值得嘉獎她們。

あまりうまく英語を喋れないのですが、細かく気遣ってくれるスタッフのサービスと、美味しい朝食、綺麗な備品にとても安心しました。ロングステイでも不安無く過ごすことができそうです。 特にIT関係の企業が多いことからビジネスで来る人も多数いると思いますが、安心してステイできる場所としておすすめです。 WiFiもマリオットの会員になっていれば無料で使用することができるので、ホテルステイの休日にも退屈することなく過ごせます。

1週間仕事で宿泊しましたが、食事のバリエーションが豊富で美味しく、毎日楽しめました。 RAJさん　親切な対応ありがとうございました。

If you have work in the IT parks nearby this is the best hotel to be. The facilities are good, there is a shared pool ( between courtyard and Fairfield). The rooms are decent size for two people at the max but not more than that. The rooms are modern and have all the things needed. Courtyard and Fairfield are joined thru the first floor where your have the fitness centre, spa and the swimming pool. I had colleagues staying in courtyard and used the breakfast buffet at the courtyard. Did my check in/out at the courtyard itself. From a value perspective i found the hotel over priced. I paid around 15k for one night, considering Fairfield and the amenities is steep

Wonderful service by all the staff at the hotel, especially Debasmita who was very friendly, and proactively arranged breakfast for when she knew I was checking out early! Thank you so much for making my stay so pleasant

I’ve been to many hotels for personal and business trips, but even in hotels with more stars, none could match the customer service I experienced at Fairfield by Marriott Outer Ring in Bangalore. Everyone from different positions made us feel special and made sure that we are having a good stay at the hotel. Breakfast was 10/10! Everyday, I was excited to have my breakfast and haven’t tasted a single menu that I didn’t like. Chef Vijay made sure that we are having the best food checking on us daily. Nabil served as well daily, and on our last day, I asked if my favorite kiwi yogurt is still available as it’s not in the buffet area, and I wanted my manager to try how good it was. At first, a girl told us that unfortunately it’s not available anymore, but eventually, after awhile Nabil brought us a bowl of kiwi yogurt (they might have freshly made it). Before check out, I was having trouble contacting my flight airline, but Ajanta from front desk made several calls to make sure that I have the right contact about my concern and always pleasant whenever talk to her. I had a problem with my excess baggage and though this does not concern them anymore, Manish helped in all he could from weighing and packing stuff in a box and Anil from concierge also called several courier services to check on how I could have my package delivered to my country. I was in so much stress in the last day of my stay, but Fairfield staff gave me so much great service that made me feel like a VIP. It was my first time in India, and that experience in the hotel is one of the best memories I had. Before I could even leave, they already made me feel like wanting to go back and bring my family and friends too so they could also experience the great services that I had. I am very much looking forward to stay in this hotel again. Thank you so much Ajanta, Chef Vijay, Manish, Anil, Nabil, and to all the staff that I didn’t get the chance to know their names, but made me from Philippines, my manager from Japan and my colleague from Mumbai had the best experience at your hotel.

The food was great n awesome...choices made ***** with the chef proved very good...all our friends have appreciated the food much. The service also was good...The staff..right from manager Rajeev, Chef Dharmender, Chef Chandan, support staff Somu and Satyendar were very patient with us. Both the support staff ***** with their colleagues have done a great job in handling the guests...would definitely recommend this place to my friends Overall had a very good experience on my son's birthday party.

Enjoyed my stay.. stayed for 14 days and housekeeping staff was excellent. Prashant and Amol from house keeping are excellent in service they provide. Room maintenance was very good with all amenities. Breakfast options available are good and recommended for business trips..

Room really good, food excellent especially the Butter Chicken and Biryani. The rooms were well looked after by Abhishek and Paashant. This was a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Great location for my business which is a 10 min walk

Had a wonderful Sunday breakfast buffet. We got a really good server named Nabil. He made sure we were served everything tasty and warm. Thank u marriot.. had a lovely time with family. Definitely recommended for family . Looking forward to many more to come.:)

I stayed here for 14 days. It was a great stay at Fairfield Marriott. The service and amenities are really nice. Amal and Prashant from the housekeeping were really helpful and accomodating with the request . Would definitely recommend it .

Easy and quick connectivity with near by office area, comfortable stay. Very hospitable staff from security to reception to restuarant to housekeeping. A simple smile can make your day ! Thank you Ajanta, Raj, and Avantika for the warm welcome and see off at the reception.

Amazing hospitality by the hotel staff. Had a wonderful stay here. The team, including the chefs, is awesome and they will take care of all your necessities. I loved the ambience and the vibe of the Hotel. The professionalism displayed by the staff was really astounding. Shoutout to Sanjivni, Raj and Ajanta from guest relations. Also, the food at Kava was awesome. Chefs Dharmendra and Ayush (and their crew) made sure I never missed any dish from the specials. (Damn it guys, I gained 2 kg weight in 15 days). The Masala Tea by Vednath is really hard to forget. Never have I ever had a tea that tastes as good as that. And I'll really miss the drinks prepared by Saurav at the executive lounge. Thanks team for making my stay at Fairfield memorable.

I stayed here for more than a week and it was very nice stay. Room cleaning specially by Jinisha was very good. Morning breakfast and lunch was also good. Admin people is also very prompt. Prashant is very good asking feedback whether things are right or not. Overall I enjoyed my stay here. Thanks Team.👍
