Before arriving at the hotel iwas apprehensive about the quality of this hotel . but it was very pleasent surprice. Check in was very smooth. Mr kailash luggage transfer very fast bed and linen were spotless clean the washroom was clean and had all essential toiletries.

Staff is very helpful and kept the premises very clean. The eating place attached to the hotel is a plus. Great breakfast and vegetarian food is available right below. Rooms had good ventilation and amenities.

It is a nice budgeted hotel. Adjacent to Lalbagh Garden. Friendly front office persons - Amit and He***t. I recommend this hotel for business and family visits. I am a regular guest so I get the facility of early check-in if the rooms are available. It is a nice gesture and I appreciate this.

I came to Bangalore for a business trip. I have stayed from 18 Dec to 29 Dec 23 in Treebo Akshaya Lalbagh Inn. I truly appreciate for Mr. Amit who attended me from day 1 to check out. Value for money, reception staff was very cordial, room had all the basics, just perfect, one small feedback please ask your HK floor boys not to knock the door again and again asking for check out, when you already informed them on the first knock about the time

Efficient and supportive front-office staff ... but when we entered the room, there were no towels, no kettle, no coffee/tea/sugar sachets & cups/glasses, and one had to follow up with housekeeping staff to get these. Also, room maintenance needs to improve ... room window could not be closed fully, telephone was not working throughout our stay, erratic wifi and leakimg shower & health faucet ...

Location of this hotel is good. It's calm, cool and soothing. As you can have view of lalbagh from your rooms. Rooms are clean and well maintained. It's not worth for three star hotel bcos they don't give basic things in room like kettle bell, tea and coffee sachets. Towels, soaps, shampoo were given after we asked for. Room service is super slow like they take 30 mins to come and check on the client's need. Breakfast menu can be improved. But the ***ager who handles restaurant is good. Staff at the reception needs lot of improvement in attending the clients. Room rent of 2500/ day is not worth for this place. Rooms: 3 Restaurant: 4 Service: 2 Staff behaviour: 3
