While many mid-range hotel chains in India are more flash than function, this one provides facilities appropriate for the price. The location is relatively isolated. I had a car for my business trip, but it would not be easy to manage without one.

I stayed at the Aiden by Best Western for 3 weeks in April/May 2025 during my stay in Bangalore, India. The staff here is excellent and the service is wonderful. I would highly recommend this hotel to my colleagues and friends. Aside from my room being lovely and peaceful, they also have a pleasant courtyard where I enjoyed my breakfast, a nice gym, a conference space, and a very good restaurant. The housekeeping staff at the Aiden take pride in offering the best service to all guests. The rooms are very clean, tastefully decorated, and tended to everyday meticulously by housekeeping. And as the Aiden trademark, are wonderful people. Special mention goes out to the Sikkimese lady(housekeeping supervisor) and the whole staff for making my stay just like home. The restaurant staff were excellent in tending to all my needs, and they are such pleasant, hard working people. There is a sense of a personal touch here, which makes all the difference when it comes to customer service. Special mention goes out to all 4 servers and the cooks, who helped make my stay wonderful and kept me properly nourished. The front desk personelle is professional and is always there and willing to help, in order to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They always greet you with a smile, kind hearts, and an eagerness to tend to all your needs. What is important to note is that the managers, the staff and everybody who works in this establishment are very courteous, respectful, eager to help, and aim to make your stay beautiful. This kind of service at a human level is what makes the Aiden stand out from many other hotels I have stayed in. Service and customer relations is excellent. Whether you are on a business trip or a personal one, this hotel serves all clientele. Thank you Prakash(one of the managers) for personally tending to me and checking up on me for this very long term stay at Aiden. Thanks to the whole Aiden team and staff for making my stay wonderful. This was my home away from home for a long time during my stay in India, and I was happy I found this establishment which went above and beyond to make sure my stay was wonderful.
