Decent hotel and rooms are ok, but the only thing is some staff are rude, I don’t know what’s the reason is, are the hotels manager didn’t train them or are they new . Any way I have spent 5 nights here some things I like and some are I didn’t like. My suggestion is hotel management should train the staff to how to behave politely with the guests. Thanks.

酒店設施非常好。 我遇到的問題是，我在 Trip.com 上預訂了 2 間房間，但飯店只提供了 1 間房間的資訊。  但飯店人員非常友好，他們當場就給我們分配了第二間房間。

Bad service . Staff don't talk good . Not recommended. Management should improve , specailly staff should talk properly with guess .

很好...我喜歡房間的佈置...但請提供適當的熱水，110房間號，沒有合適的空調...我感到很不安...而且...不斷改變餐飲菜單..早餐..就是這樣..維護得很好..非常感謝

工作人員的體驗非常好，計程車設施非常棒，餐廳的食物都很棒，洗衣服務也很好。最好的是那裡的服務，特別是計程車設施。食物非常美味。整體體驗非常好，很滿意

The staff name Anoop is very humble and having beautiful nature he is working so hard while providing the hotel services, i Think she deserve the further opportunities for appraisal|,her voice modulation is excellent|She is attentive and good listener.

我和家人一起住在那家飯店參加班加羅爾之旅。這是一次很棒的經驗。接待員是班加羅爾最好的旅遊景點的導遊。食物真的很好，所有酒店工作人員都非常友善。有陽台的房間風景真的很好。

12月我和同事出差在這家飯店住了4天。飯店房間非常衛生，服務也很好，是我住過的最好的三星級飯店之一。所有的員工都非常專業而且非常友好。食物的品質非常好。
