Even basic things like water bottles are not included in the room. Room size are smaller comparatively.

Good hotel to stay and a better location. Right response from reception and staff. It seems they are good.

Nice but a mouse was jumping in the room tonight. Food quality was nice even packed on our request. Approach from the road is also good.

Very cordial staff, the behaviour of the staff and management was what made the stay pleasant. Parking space in such a busy area was plus point.

Try to keep the rooms more hygienic. There were coakroaches even on bed

The rooms were good. But the breakfast option was not from the restaurant or buffet. Also the rooms were not ready properly. I had to keep calling them for basic things that were supposed to be kept there. No wifi password was shared pr communicated. The tv cable service was bad. The room was clean and tidy.

Stay was good, but for breakfast didnt got more options. Staff is also very cooperative and they are helpfull had safe stay

The boys providing the room service were good. Ac was good. There were some terrible things also like we had to use the previously used bed sheet, blankets and pillows covers used by the previous occupant for our whole stay of two nights. The door opening card did not worked for two times. It had to be made serviceable by visiting the reception. The hot water came out of the shower and bathing tap even when hot water level was closed and cold water was open. These things have to looked after seriously at your end and got rectified accordingly, thanks
