The hotel is lovely and kept spotlessly clean . Great house keeping . My only annoyance was the fountain restaurant. The staff drove me crazy. Made it very difficult to use the 10 % off as hotel guests, were either over attentive- standing over us whilst we looked at the menu and bringing the bill before we had finished eating or basically ignored us in an empty restaurant . We waited 20 mins for a drink and in the end walked out after asking twice. Also I saw someone chopping in the kitchen and also eating it at the same time which was a bit unhygienic

However, I did find the shuttle from the airport to the hotel to be slightly less efficient. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall convenience of the shuttle service adds to the hotel's appeal. 接機人員在二層5號門內，有個圍欄內𠕇幾個手裡拿名冊的各酒店工作人員，找圖1粉色上衣着裝工作人員，顏色夠鮮艷，找到後確認名單，工作人員打電話，酒店那邊接機巴士10多分鐘就過來了。白天堵車要20多分鐘到機場。早點一般，種類不多，能吃飽。轉機性價比還是可以的，畢竟免費接送機

我在2023年11月入住,半夜入住,我好衝忙,前枱職員對我好好,服務週到,有問必答,衛生好好,離機場雖近,但要繞圈,健身設施比較舊款,泳池好靚,露天好曬,適合鍾意曬太陽人仕.

酒店環境十分寬敞，綠草如茵，環境優美，令度假生活增添不少色彩，拍攝出來的相片效果很好。間中聽到飛機聲也可以接受，前台職員態度一般，沒有詳盡解釋入住細節，房間內浴室設施亦一般，可能屬於郊區地方，因此會有蚊等昆蟲出現。距離機場比較近，只需大概20分鐘車程，整體來說對酒店的環境和服務都十分滿意，而且性價比高，十分值得入住和推介給旅客。

更新一個訊息，機場接駁車現在改到了到達廳5號門了，不是以前的三號門，從廊曼下飛機坐免費AOT到素萬那普，再坐酒店免費接駁車！簡單説吧，酒店環境還是比較乾淨，但是設施確實有些舊了，作為過渡一晚去素萬那普坐飛機是不錯選擇，幾家1000左右酒店過度沒必要，不差錢的另算，300左右過度酒店貌似就這家提供免費來回班車，車程15分鐘左右！有一點值得稱讚是員工的服務，前台，司機，酒店搬運師傅，都非常熱情，不給小費都不好意思

前台小袁服務很好，位置優越，在熙南里文化街區，晚上可沉浸式體驗，地鐵一號線主線路，去哪都方便，房間衞生乾淨整潔，空調製冷效果很好，淋浴花灑很給力，投屏用着很舒服，早餐種類很多，尤其是鴨血粉絲湯，還有南京特產鹹水鴨，總之很滿意

非常的好！房間乾淨舒適！工作人員非常友好，漂亮的小姐姐會説中英泰語言！ 設施：齊全，有廚房。不遠處還有一個小餐館 衞生：好！清潔阿姨非常認真！ 環境：好！無異味 服務：非常好！

素萬那普機場出來，通過地下通道步行可直達酒店，據説也有免費穿梭巴士，不過我沒坐過。 對於商務轉機，位置絕對OK 四星級，設施，衞生，配置都很好，晚上完全聽不到飛機起落的聲音，很安靜，泳池很贊，大概有20幾條躺椅，可以曬太陽，健身房很大，目測至少200平米，各種健身器材齊全，堪比商業健身房。 有一趟地鐵從機場聯通市區，運營至晚上12點。 根據入住時間加24小時確定退房時間，很贊。 除了價格偏高，基本沒缺點。

我沒有通過酒店的接機服務，自己在Bolt上打車，衹需要70銖，前台會一些中文，能夠簡單溝通，不過酒店沒有電梯，我自己把行李抬上4樓，真的很累，其他的倒是中規中矩，有牙具牙膏，空調很好用，淋雨水壓很足，因為剛下完雨，房間裏也沒有蚊子，床上還算是比較乾淨，沒有污漬和蟲子，這個價格我覺得很符合我的預期，作為在機場附近的中轉酒店它很值得推薦。
