萬隆市GASPOKER04附近住宿

Staying at Citradream Hotel Bandung is very pleasant and comfortable. Strategic location in Bandung city, very convenient to get around and many activities, close to the aorport and the station, many restaurants around, several malls and other tourist attractions. The staff is very polite and helpful, especialy thx to Mr. Gume as Manager and the receptionist (i forgt to ask her name). The wifi speed is very good, making it easier to do online work. Definitely i will stay here again if I go to Bandung. I have recommended this hotel to my friends and my family. The suite was very nice with comfortable furnishings, clean and the bed was comfortable too. 😉💖

我訂了2間房,要求相鄰,房間很大,很乾淨舒適,空調和Wifi很好,孩子們喜歡在樓上的游泳池裏游泳,接待員很友好,由Suwanani先生服務。早餐種類繁多。保安也很友好。謝謝大太平洋航站樓管理。

價格變動太多，一天到晚變，還有萬隆作為旅遊城市，絕大部分人還是要吃早餐的，可是加早餐的價格太離譜了。好好想想遊客心中的想法，你價格變動太多，就不能培養老客户

房間乾淨，服務很好，早餐豐富，真的不錯

總體來說這家酒店很愉快。儘管經過數小時,每次都要登錄,Wifi還是不錯的。早餐也很豐富和令人滿意。酒店服務員非常友好和有問責。酒店旁邊就是印度大賣場,大堂還有自助提款機。不幸的是,我住的房間330號的空調,雖然已經在18度設置了溫差。但這不是很麻煩。問題是空調會滴水,所以遙控器會弄溼,地板上還有一滴水。另一個問題是浴室的水龍頭,如果設置爲熱水,會導致水溫無法控制。水溫達到最佳狀態 突然水出來很熱 然後再恢復正常 有時水會變冷這個我投訴到前台的時候,前台回覆會查收但是從來沒有回電給我如答應的。因爲沒有答案,我最後下來直接問接待處,收到了答案,酒店的供熱系統使用了天然氣,水泵的壓力無法控制。“確實如此”前台說。就是不會有修補,客人應該接受事實。酒店員工已經訓練有待客人友好,對客人提供幫助,但是提供的信息有時會誤導。當我凌晨1點去Yoga超市時,接待員說不要,因爲超市快要關門了。幸運的是,我沒有完全相信答案,就呆在那裏,結果,Yoga超市仍然開放,甚至仍然很擁擠。以前我問酒店周圍的吃飯的地方 接待員回答說 因爲蘇巴巴路在軍事區 實際上還有,包括在Yoga超市 我從其他人那裏認識的不是前台的。貌似這邊有個傾向於接待員隨意回答,要麼是因爲不知道,要麼是故意的。

Hotel yang nyaman,lokasi strategis di pusat kota..udara sejuk..staf sangat ramah dan cepat..pelayanan sangat memuaskan..kamar bersih..hamya saja fasilitas tidak semua gratis,harus membayar seperti playground,memberi makan binatang dll..

I went here on June 1st The hotel is quite difficult to find as it has two gates, one behind the gas station the other from a narrow road. The hotel is spacious but the toilet was so dirty 😵💫😵💫

Went here with my fams for 2 nights to enjoy weekend. Room : Spacious, clean, modern with classic style. Complete amenities and they even gave me free ironing for my wife headscarf. Food : The Best! Various options both local and international menu. Tip : You can also go to 18th floor to enjoy your breakfast with city-view (normally, in times it can also be booked for private event) Pool : I would say it is the best in Bandung! With different kind of pools, you can choose between 25m pools for your daily trainning or just enjoy beach-like pools. Note: The water is Warm, so dont worry about Bandung's chill and windy weather. Services : Absolutely amazing. They call you by name everytime you call the operator. Staff full of smiles. These small details are what makes this hotel amazing. Our team also booked the ballrom for gathering event. Sorry no picts, you can read all other photos uploaded.
