The communication part needs to be improved. I have sent an email 1 day before arrival as per instruction given after I confirmed and paid for my apartment.. However, I did not receive any response or any further instructions on the check in process. I continued with my trip and tried to contact the property owner or the management to no avail. Wife was panicking as we arrive quite late in the evening with 2 young kids.
Upon reaching the property, the security guard stopped us and advised us to contact the property owner. We called many times, but there was no answer. We finally decided to check out nearby hotels for availability. That was when someone picked up my call from the apartment (I was calling non stop when my wife check for availability in nearby hotel).
After I got on touch with the property management people, instructions on checking in was through WhatsApp, everything was smooth after that. Room is clean and location is good. Everything was smooth after that, was pleased with the rooms and all.
