Regrettably the hotel gets demerit points from a 5 stars to only 3 because 1) it does not provide any bath gel nor shampoo. Only a small piece of bar soap; 2) it provides only ONE complimentary bottle of drinking water in the room. The charge for extra bottle of water is CFA1,500 (about USD2.67); 3) WiFi is very weak and keeps getting disconnected. One night stay only. Did not take the breakfast. Did not use any other facility. Hence no comment.

Le service chambre n’est pas à la hauteur. Le tapis de l’hôtel est vétuste et doit être changé . Le tapis dégage une odeur désagréable

Le service était mauvais . Les commodités défaillantes. Les tapis vétustes doivent être remplacés

Surpris de constater à mon arrivé à AZALAÏ Hôtel Bamako que ma réservation faite à travers ********** et payée, facture à l’appuie n’a pas été prise en compte. J’ai été obligé de payer à nouveau le séjour à l’hôtel. Espérant que ********** me restituera mon dû. La réclamation a été faite dès mon arrivé à l’hôtel et est toujours en cour de traitement. Pour un habitué de ********** je tiens quand même à exprimer ma grande désolation.

Séjour magnifique , beaucoup d'espace , une très grandes chambres peut-être un peu trop grande meme , un personnel formidable disponible et accueillant. Un grand merci a vous Azalai.

Une expérience superbe avec un service à la hauteur. Un personnel courtois et très professionnel. Un peu loin de l'aéroport mais très proche du quartier des affaires. Je ne regret pas mon choix. Merci pour votre hospitalité légendaire . CAK

This is the third time I have stayed here this year, 1 week each time, and this will be my last time since the experiences are not getting better. The hotel is a little worn, scuffed furniture and halls, hallway carpeting is getting increasingly more stained, the rooms are somewhat clean, desk lamps not working, bathroom door stop broken off but still in a corner. No bathrobe, hairdryer, no iron. The restaurant menu is getting shorter with every visit. Unchanged, the room service takes 1.5 hours at a minimum. The pasta order depends on who the chef is as the same dish turns out very different if ordered the next day.
