L'emplacement est relax et securitaire pour marcher le soir mais loin des restaurant ouvert après 9pm

У этого отеля два плюса: местоположение и нормальные окна, которые не пропускают шум от дороги. Дальше сплошные минусы: согласно их регламента - уборка в номере через день. Мы прожили там 5 дней. Уборка была один раз. Да и то по качеству на троечку. Гель для душа не добавили. Пол не пылесосили. Несколько полотенец забрали и новых не предоставили. Кофе не добавили. Через приложение попросил добавить гель для душа. Результат нулевой! Хорошо, что был еще шампунь… Ресторан в лобби есть, но он не работает. Спас нас отличный супермаркет, который находится рядом. В целом, отель пока еще новый - будет нормально. Но скоро он придет в негадлежащий вид из-за такого сервиса. Ну и еще один момент добавил негатива. Супруга заказала в отель доставку с сайта iHerb. Транспортная компания сообщила, что доставила заказ. А в отеле его не нашли. Причем доставка была в 9:24 утра, а мы приехали после обеда. В общем, так посылку и не нашли. Хорошо, что продавец рассмотрел нашу претензию и вернул деньги! Но сама ситуация очень неприятная. P.S. Во время этого путешествия это был второй заказ в отель. Первый нашелся! А тут…

Room and view from room was very nice. Updated with very comfortable bed. Bartender was friendly, fun and nice and poured a good drink. Prepaid breakfast was excellent and a great deal for the money. Literally up the road from Fort McHenry where we went to visit. Across highway from cruise ship port. Walkable to restaurants, and shopping. Garage parking (complimentary).

Sadly the hotel was very disappointing. There was electrical issues with the room and we could either have all the power off or all power on. Meaning we could not have the TV or chargers working without keeping some of the lights on so I could not sleep. There was a leak and dripping in the bathroom and it also kept me up all night. I wanted to like to hotel but it was impossible to be comfortable and to be at ease when we were in the room. I was running a marathon the next day so it was really upsetting overall. I hope they make improvements and I hope to be compensated for the issues I raised.

Great location to walk to everything in the Locust Point neighborhood. Hotel was very clean and staff was great.

No house keeping services unless you stay 3 nights or more. Requested foam pillows and were not available. Bathroom did not have soap or shampoo, called to have some delivered and I was told there is no housekeeping available since I was staying only 2 nights. A lot of noise coming from other rooms. Hair in shower.

Room wasn’t ready at check in time and waited in line to check in for 25 minutes. We had a wedding to get to and the inability to get into the room and the long wait at check in with only one employee to man the front desk made it worse!

Oh man where do i begin, bathrooms were filthy, shower curtain filthy, shower filthy, shelf inside the shower hasnt been wiped down for a longgg time. Super gross And the worst part came at the end of our trip when we took off our sheets (to make sure next guest got new sheets) and we were greeted by pee stains on BOTH queen beds! And the 1 bed had a pee stain that was 3 feet in diameter!! Nastyiest thing i ever saw! Absolutely disgusting!
