Staff is very polite and helpful Terry location is perfect and close to everything. Going down fall was the Lack of supervision in the pool areas and not really so much the hotels followed but the guests who met their children swim and splash and jump in the Jacuzzi. There needs to be clear posted signs regarding no children in the hot tub under the age of 16 years old

Key and computer system non-functional... allowed into room by security and then not provided a key when leaving my room for dinner reservations. Had to go back to front desk multiple times to be let into room... This was ALL guests checking in at the time... hotel has no alternative onsite keying system for guestsif the hotel loses internetconnectivity. .

I was excited to stay at this property because of the great reviews and high rating. I was very disappointed to say the least. When I checked in the young lady at the front desk was on her phone and seemed to care less that I was waiting to be checked in. There was no welcome and I felt like I was a bother. When I made my reservation I asked for a quiet room, away from elevators and ice machines. I was put on the third floor, 3 rooms from the elevator. The floor was noisy, the hotel was not full and there was no reason to put people next to each other. The second night at 1 am I had to call the front desk to a party in the room next door. I will not waste my money staying at this hotel again. I have stayed at other hotels in the area and received better service.

The hotel is older, but the room was clean, large, updated TV, updated fixtures in the bathroom, but the toilet was too close to the tub. The service at the front desk was lackluster. I was told I was going to get a call when the room was ready. Never got a call. I was never informed of any of the hotel's amenities or their locations. Don't know where the restaurant, pool or exercise room is located.

Not friendly night shift front staff. Took them forever to check in. Then we were given the keys withou telling us anything, not room nr not which way to go, nothing! Next morning we go to the breakfast restaurant. Another rude staff. After waiting for over 5 min we finally get seated. After another 5 min she brings us 1 menu for 5 people. Then she starts taking order from 1 table that got there before us and one that got there after us. She skipped us. After over 15 minutes of wait we asked how much longer before taking our order and, maybe, get the food. She said it was going to be a very long time because she was alone (but there were only 3 tables occupied) and that the cooks were out helping her instead of cooking. So, after over 20 minutes, we decided to leave. Its not a cheap hotel (and NOT worth the money). We checked out the night before due day (around 10:00PM) the front desk lady, couldn't check us out. She had no clue. She told us to leave and call back the next morning to make sure they would check us out over the phone. If you decide to charge people full and expensive price then, you need to have staff available and provide great customer service otherwise give the customer a discount or lower your prices!!! This hotel was a joke.

The hotel is in a good location and the room was nice. However, it's been 3 days and the staff still has not located the two shirts I left behind in the closet. Two different loss prevention staff have promised to call me back and no one has. Last time I stay here or any other Royal Sonesta property

Staff as rude and bed was horribly hard. My entire body hurt after two nights and I am still dealing with the pain for the duration of my cruise. Beds are like prison.

We splurged on a suite, but honestly were a little disappointed. The room just felt like a larger version of a regular room. We waited for over 2 hours for the heat to be turned on and the lights were not working correctly in the bathroom. The bathroom with the spa tub was unremarkable.
