菲爾上將旅館-阿桑德連鎖飯店(Admiral Fell Inn Baltimore Harbor, Ascend Hotel Collection)

This hotel is cheap and in a good location but that was the only highlights. The property was in poor condition and 3 of 4 rooms in our group had some sort of maintenance issue. Doors and fixtures were old and dirty, our toilet screeched like a banshee with every flush, and the towels were small and threadbare. There were additional fees on top of our prepaid booking that weren’t clear on the booking process. Who knows if Orbitz even knows that was happening. While we can’t argue with the price, given some of the other options in the neighborhood are much more expensive and upscale (champagne vending machine, not kidding), if I were traveling back to Baltimore I’d explore other options.

While the staff was very kind and accommodating, and the building has a lot of character, the room was just not clean. I left early. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Excelente ubicación. Ruidoso su bomba de agua en la noche. Solo escalones en acceso dificulta mover maletas.

Das gesamte Hotel Personal war äusserst freundlich

The heat was blasting in our room and felt like 80 degrees when we arrived (it was January). We turned the thermostat all the way to cool and even fully opened the one window that would open. We then went to our event and it was even hotter when we got back. Clearly the thermostat doesn’t work. The front desk just told us to open the window and there was nothing else they could do cause they didnt have any more fans. Seems like this is a known issue if everyone is wanting fans!! Horrible night’s sleep. When we checked out I told the desk how uncomfortable it was and they just said sorry about that.

Property is good location in heart of Fells Point and seemed safe. Near lots of shopping, restaurants etc. Rooms however are old and tired. Bed was uncomfortable. Room was ok for cleanliness but could have been better. Room faced street over bar and has old wooden windows. Even with earplugs could hear drunken partiers in bars below until things shut-down at 2:00 AM

Didn’t even stay checked in, sheets were stained, had holes in them as well. Furniture was old, damaged and looked to be well worn. Loud noise and music playing through. Turned around and left didn’t feel safe

I was concerned after reading some of the reviews but my room was clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better.
