Was looking for a hotel close to comedy show and low and behold it was in the same hotel. So it worked out great for us after checking in went to dinner came back relaxed for 45 min. Then went down stairs to comedy factory. We had free coupons for breakfast but we decided to venture out on our way back to Richmond. Overall nice place to stay found out they also shuttle for cruises out of this hotel too.

Was a good location for my trip

The room was clean, the variety of food for breakfast made hit the mark for our various appetites. The parking was sufficient. The staff was great! After checking out and on the road, I realized I left my medication in the fridge in the room. I called the front desk and the staff member was courteous and helpful. They held my medication until I was able to pick it up later that afternoon. Most importantly, they kept it refrigerated! That made me want to stay there whenever traveling and also recommend it to others. Thank you!

First I would like to thank you'll for great customer service and hospitality. All the employees were very respectful. I do have a few concerns regarding the room. I paid 700$ for the weekend based on the amenities and to celebrate my 20th year anniversary . My main concern is the jacuzzi tub. The inside was damaged and scratched. The jets wasn’t properly working. One side of the jets was working and the other wasn’t. The button that operate the jets didn’t move or function at all. The shower has 2 shower head sides and only one was working. The right shower wouldn’t turn on at all. There were also a few light bulbs that was out.

We went on a family weekend getaway. The hotel is a few minutes drive from the harbor. The pool was a favorite with the kids . We loved the fact the comedy club and safari night club was conveniently located on the property. The breakfast needed other meat options other than pork sausage, a beef or turkey bacon would’ve been better options . The hotel was clean , security was phenomenal especially during event times keeping hotel guest secure. I would definitely stay here again

Someone somking cigs horrible smell all night long. No water pressure at all. One of the worst place my wife and i stayed at in md. Red roof inn was so much better hands down. Never again. I should have gotten a refund

Overall, my stay was decent. The biggest positive was the location—it was perfect for all the events I attended that weekend since everything was right at the property. That convenience made the trip much easier, and it’s definitely a strong point for this hotel. That said, I had a major issue with the elevator. It went out during my stay, and I had to walk down 12 flights of stairs twice. That’s not something I expected or wanted to deal with, and it really impacted my experience. The property itself is a bit dated, but it’s still a decent spot for the area if location and convenience are your top priorities. Unfortunately, because of the elevator problem, I have to give this stay a lower rating than I would have otherwise.

Maintenance needs work. In our first room AC didn't work. The staff was very nice and got us to another room. In that room, the safe didn't work, and the iron did not either. We enjoy this location for going on cruises but this was our first extended stay. While nice enough, it didn't wow us like it previously had.

Room appeared clean but as I slept I got bit by bed bugs and Even found one in my pillow. I got a napkin place it inside of it and took it downstairs to the front desk where the front desk stuff confirmed it was a bed bug.
