Hotel was a great location to both Camden Yards & M & T Stadium. Parking was hard. Parking was across the street in a garage or Valet Service. Choose to park in the garage myself & not many parking spaces available. Staff at the front desk very friendly.

Had a great stay for a conference in town and didn’t want to pay hefty prices elsewhere! Staff was wonderful- from Valet, front desk, housekeeping and everyone in between! Affordable and convenient location!

Staff was amazing and informative. Front desk was super helpful and went out of the way to accommodate. Parking staff were very friendly and left us with no worries. Great place to stay. We will return.

Hotel was great. Staff was friendly - breakfast was a huge bonus. Pool was very cold- almost unswimmable. Would definitely stay here again

Great hotel, great location for taking in a football game. The view of M&T stadium and Camden Yards was GREAT!!!

It was a nice stay. Please ck the shower floor my son did cut his foot on something plastic in the corner. I meant to bring it to your attention but we got busy and I forgot.

The first thing we noticed was that our room was not cleaned particularly well as there was a bobby pin laying in the middle of the bathroom floor, wrappers and candy stuffed behind the chair cushion, and the floor didn’t appear it had been vacuumed well. I normally do not complain about things so I just ignored it at the time. However, we did not receive any housekeeping service during our entire stay. We had 5 guests in our room and only had 4 towels. I requested more towels on Saturday night and was told by the front desk they didn’t have any towels and to come back later. I came back on Sunday and requested 5 sets of towels and was told I could only have 2 sets, and when I got back to the room I had only been given 1 actual towel. I understand it was a holiday weekend, but the hotel seemed extremely understaffed and I don’t even recall seeing a housekeeper during our stay, as I searched for towels. We we staying with another group in the room next door and they had to be moved to another room on another floor because the blind in their room did not close and would not work. Based on our experience, we would not choose to stay at this hotel in the future.

This hotel is in a great spot in downtown Baltimore I must say…but when we arrived the bathroom wasn’t fully clean. We didn’t get much of a friendly greeting when we arrived. Also we saw hair around the breakfast area and when we told an employee they were rude about it. The bed is comfortable & the room is nice. This hotel does have potential…wasn’t bad
