A heritage circa 1885 homestead with all of the modern-day comforts including a swimming pool and heated spa, 6-bedrooms and 3 bathrooms along with a wood fireplace. Relax and enjoy a glass of wine from Elan Winery just a short walk next door.
Surrounded by vineyards and gum trees, the property has over 100 rose bushes, 50 fruit trees and vegetable gardens.
Entertain the kids with a pool table, tennis court, soccer nets and plenty of games and the Balnarring Beach only a short drive away.About pets:Pets allowed: less than 22 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total).We have sheep and an alpaca on the property..About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About events:No events allowed.

Fabulous relaxing weekend
A wonderful stay at Melissa’s beautiful house and property. A gorgeous renovation, garden and such peaceful surrounding with plenty of outdoor activities for the kids, we hardly left the property the whole weekend! Thanks so much for hosting us.

A wonderful stay!
We had a lovely time at this Balnarring home. The house was impeccably fitted out with everything we needed and my kids especially loved playing in the pool and heated spa. Although we had a few issues with one of the toilets and the spa heater, Melissa was quick to respond and fix them for us. She also kindly introduced the kids to the sheep during feeding time which was a big hit! We look forward to returning soon.
