Was a little set back to arrive and find the place locked up even though it was before closing time When we found a staff member, she pointed out the the keys were in the Locked pickup box, and that we hadn't provided a contact number so she couldn't let us know the combination to access the box - luckily she hadn't left the premises but she was on her way out. Bed comfortable, room tidy but not really worth $200 a night

The bed was comfy, great water pressure. Enjoyed being able to stream my apps on my down time. Pool was nice and relaxing. Staff were very helpful. Not far out of town. I would definitely stay again

This motel probably deserved a better rating than "average" because it has some good attributes: the staff are very friendly and helpful, the position is excellent and the cleanliness is fabulous. On the negative side is the extremely small size of the rooms, the fact that the basin is too small to fill the kettle, and the lack of insulation for noise coming from the cars parked outside and the neighbours. Additionally, management allowed their carpenter to start noisy work on the room next door prior to 7am - not great, but terrible when we knew that we wouldn't be finishing work until around 3am the following morning, effectively waking us up in what would be the middle of our night. I think that they need to be reminded that not everyone who stays in a tourist area has the luxury of actually being on holidays.

Cannot fault this place .. staff very helpful, room clean and the bedding is superb. Grateful for the stay. I rang directly and spoke to Stephanie after my third-party booking was cancelled. Every communication with this place has been so pleasant and helpful in this world that can get really ridiculous. It’s been a wonderful reminder of professional helpful service.

Very expensive Motel for what you recieve. Ths Motel is still in the 1990's as it is exactly like most of the other Comfort Inns I stayed in back then. Very tired and lacks basic comforts. Having a shower with no air extraction so you open the high window only to view people on the top floor who can look into your bathroom. Very noisy location and you can also hear other people having their showers and people walking around above you. The noise from 6am onwards was continuous and annoying. Location is handy but noisy due to vehicle traffic. Walking distance to a great RSL Club which has good meals at reasonable prices. Good point - Nice touch with 2 bottles of water in fridge & Receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Don't recommend due to cost, conditions & noise.

We booked this accommodation in good faith. We experienced a terrible situation where the TV would not work and the air conditioning would not heat. The owner tried to fix these problems with limited success. The motel had not breakfast even though it advertised a restaurant COVID. The price we paid was expensive for the service we received.
