紐因頓公寓(Newington Apartments)

Check in and check out were by a key code provided in advance. Quite easy and suitable for us. We can't really rate staff as we saw no one else. We were grateful to have the room facilities and comfort.

A very enjoyable experience with friendly staff. No issues and would stay again.

Apar**ent looks schmick on arrival but then issues started arriving. Came across two dead spiders. Toilet lid totally unscrewed on one side. Beds sag in the middle. Floor lamp didn't work. Kitchen tap wobbly. As another reviewer has said, the shower screams. Bathroom sink so massive, there's hardly anywhere to put your stuff. Skylights over the beds meant the room was bright at dawn. And one still had original sticker on it! Everything else - e.g. heater, microwave and fridge - were functional but it definitely wasn't worth the money. Don't recommend.

Disappointed that the bedding was not sufficient for the cold weather that you have . Had to go buy a extra blanket so I wasn't cold. And no electric blanket on the bed. Also what is with the sky lights over the beds, if you have them maybe you should have a block out blind or something else to cover them. You don't go away to be woken by the light that comes through .

Stay here! Super high room standard. Beds were so comfy, great pub next door for dining, Team was great to deal with. Honestly blown away with the value of this stay.

Great big room and plenty space for the family ! So handy having a lounge area as well As the 2 queen beds !!!

Big rooms. We were very comfortable. Wasn't noisy despite being behind a pub. Parking was easy and the laundry was handy.

Recently visited Newington apar**ents and was greeted with lovely decorations and furniture upon arrival. It was a comfortable and spacious apar**ent that provided great amenities. It's close proximity to the city centre ensured we were very able to explore the area during our short stay. However, issues arose as our apar**ent was meant to include 2 sofas but were instead provided with 1. The staff's response was to "ensure we thoroughly check photos of the apar**ent before booking". This shouldn't be the case when the description included " two sofas". Following on the poorly constructed bathroom meant loose handles and screeching showers when the water was turned on. In the midst of a pandemic there is no mention of any additional sanitary measures the management have taken to deal with COVID-19.
