工作人員和位置使這個聯合。房間非常好,很大,維護得很好,游泳池別墅是私人的,而目前他們有一些建設正在進行,你說實話不會知道。工作人員每天都會帶你進入洛維納海灘,相當多的場地會來接你,把你送回去。這個地方唯一的缺點是食物。他們需要回到基本,爲人們前往巴厘島的美妙菜餚提供服務,忘記漢堡和肋骨等西式菜單。提供更傳統的菜單,早餐非常好。但是餐廳是這個地方沒有獲得5星的唯一原因。工作人員是這個地方最好的資產..在洛維納非常放鬆的時間,修復餐廳,您在各個方面都有5星級的財產。洛維娜非常悠閒,沒有“交通”或“出租車”的叫喊聲,沒有急切的供應商的麻煩,當你走過出口時,有一些禮貌的問題,沒什麼。

Stayed at Brits Resort Lovina in preparation for my wedding; having our WO, MUA, and Photographer coming all around our rooms. The space in the room really made us still feel comfortable even having people coming in / out our rooms. Service was great, room was immaculate despite being slightly outdated, public areas including garden, main pool, and pathway to beach were spacious, and breakfast was decent. Highlight would most probably be the Restaurant team who assisted us during breakfast. We were informed that breakfast opened at 07.00 but I needed to be up and got ready early. Therefore, I visited the breakfast restaurant at 06.30 hoping just to get some breads in preparation for my big day. Instead, they opened the buffet early for us and gave us full breakfast service. This is really appreciated. Thank you Brits Resort Lovina team and we are looking forward for our next stay.

This is our third time in Bali and this was by far one of the best resorts we have stayed in. The service is exceptional, the room (puri wana) was the cleanest we've come across and the breakfast was amazing. The staff is genuinely kind and helpful. They decorated our room beautifully for my husband's birthday. The views are beautiful yet it feels secluded and private.

We spent 3 nights at Suites Room 103 and got a memorable experience here. This property has a good vibe, good amenities, and perfect staff. They always smile and offer help for anything you need. The reception goes beyond warm and helpful: they order a suprise cake for my son's birthday! What I love the most is the villa’s pool is so spacious and perfect. They have infinity pool that simply breathtaking! The breakfast is tasty, and they have many options, for lunch and dinner too. Overall, it was really great! We will definitely come back again.

2024 年 3 月，我與丈夫一起來到了安縵達瑞，度過了一段最愉快的住宿時光。酒店和房間絕對令人驚嘆，我喜歡整個房間和酒店的小細節。食物很棒而且每餐都比上一頓更好。我非常喜歡他們提供的招牌阿曼雞尾酒。喜歡從飯店到烏布市場的接駁車服務，出門真的很方便。飯店的位置確實令人驚嘆，可以欣賞山谷的景色，前往烏布市場和其他觀光景點也很方便。我們透過安縵遊覽了峇裡島鳥類和爬行動物公園、一些寺廟和瀑布等，對導遊非常滿意。 Mega是我們的導遊，他非常友善，資訊豐富，並且不遺餘力地確保我們有一個令人驚嘆的體驗。也絕對推薦水療中心，這是我享受過的最好的按摩之一。 Siwi 是我的治療師，非常棒！米歇爾（總經理）很高興見到並且總是很高興與之交談！所有的工作人員都非常友善和樂於助人，並且會竭盡全力確保滿足我們的需求，包括在接待處組織我們的旅行或在餐廳滿足我們的食物要求。一定會回來的！

It’s not a bad hotel. To summarize I’ll write pros and cons- Pros- service, quiet area, amazing staff, very helpful. Specially Dewi, Arira or similar best staff ever. This hotel people only come for the service but everything else is just below average. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review. But this experience made me do so. Cons- Wi-Fi doesn’t work! Even after asking the IT guy who said he’ll do something but actually didn’t do anything. As it had speed or 3mbps and kept on dropping. - Buffet breakfast - very average, the staff tries hard to please you. But the food is very very average. I mean not even 1 proper bakery items. Balinese coffee just doesn’t cut it. I’ll give it a rating 3/10. - Rooms are basic, pretty old, beds make squeaking noise, suites have nice view but everything looks old. - There is no afternoon tea although there is a sign in the lobby that states there is. - shuttle only runs twice a day 11am and 4pm. This hotel is about 8kms away from Ubud main shops. And the shops around the hotels aren’t many. - Spa at hotel - OMG don’t even try it! I had booked and got this oldish lady “Ayu”. Who basically was just touching my body and not even putting any effort. I literally had to leave the massage after telling her about 10 times to put more pressure. And then she tried to charge me for the whole hour which I disputed and then she said ok I’ll charge you for 30mins. I asked her if she has another staff which I did see when I started the massage. And she says no we don’t have anyone. Worst massage ever!!! - You must rent a bike to enjoy if you do decide to stay in this hotel. - Food and beverages are expensive compared to shops around the place but the service is amazing. For example an Ice coffee is $5.50AUD which is what I get in Australia. And veggie Pizza is around $10. Bring your wall plug converter if you are staying at this place. Villas were amazing as due to great staff I got to see inside them. Suites- are just standard bedrooms with balconies. Rooms have jet pumps to wash ur bottom, has hair dryers, small empty bar fridge. House keeping staff are amazing. The shuttle to Ubud shops you must book them before hand. There is a river that runs but you won’t be able to see it as the small trees that grew around it has blocked all the view. Pool is small but nice, there are towels and hot shower options. - TV only has channels which aren’t in English and the network is so bad that you can’t even watch it. Very old TV’s in suites. - you can rent small scooters for about 100k IDR from hotel.

This hotel is in great walking distance to the art market, restaurants, and shopping. Although the front entrance is being renovated, that does not impede access to the hotel and is not noisy. (New brickwork being laid on the ground) The ambiance of the location is quite nice with lots of greenery and unique architecture. Our room was clean and large, but the balcony cannot be used in the mornings or evenings due to the monkeys! This hotel is right next to the monkey forest, so expect visitors. Several monkeys blocked our way from walking out of our room one evening, but a hotel worker chased them off for us. It did take getting used to needing to hang wet bathing suits in the bathroom rather than a drying rack on a balcony. The monkeys seem to come early in the mornings (3:30-4:30!) and in the evenings (6:00-8:00). Other than those times, we did not see them nor have any problems with them. There is a small but nice hot buffet breakfast at the hotel and two swimming pools.

我們喜歡別墅的sila,位置在稻田中間,所以可以看到酒店週邊的超級綠化區域,收穫季節來的時候,酒店周圍到處都是黃色的顏色。工作人員很好,早餐簡單,但味道不錯。房間條件很好,很乾淨,我在2樓有房間,所以我可以從陽台上看到米飯的不錯和當地的村莊景色。別墅配有漂亮的游泳池,不太大,但當你想享受早晨的氛圍或在探索烏布後需要放鬆時,這就足夠了。如果你自己開車,要小心,因爲去這個別墅的方式相當小,只適合一輛車。總的來說,不錯的別墅,和良好的工作團隊。
