Needed a place to stay for the afternoon before catching a flight for the afternoon so I looked for the cheapest villa with private pool around me and ended up there. So laughable...worst place I ever stayed at. I thought it was a hidden camera show at first 🤣 Everything is completely decaying, like Chernobyl decaying, like a dead town. Holes in the floor, rubbish everywhere, grass not cut, dirty bathroom. There were two staff lying by the pool of my villa, smoking cigarettes when I took the villa 🤣🤣🤣 No idea how this place is still open and operating

Pillow cases were grey not white and stained, no aircon in one of the villa rooms - to top it off the power in the villa with the aircon that 5 of us crammed into for a night cut off at 2am and wasn’t fixed until after 2pm but yet still no aircon - the manager refused to move us villas or give us a refund. We left to endure our children were comfortable

Biggest con going, was supposed to be staying here for 2 night and we ended up leaving and booking somewhere else all in the first hour it was that bad! So dirty, looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since over a year. Everything was outdated and looked like it needs a full refurb to even be on ***********.

Stay away . Qantas advertised and promoted these villas on their website. The place was absolutely disgusting and the pictures in the website do not depict how terrible the villas are in real life . I took professional videos and photographs of how disgusting the villa was . When I questioned Qantas about it they didn’t ask for any photographs when I persisted that they should see them and was later basically advised me that it was my problem and to go through my insurance company . Funny now that I complained to Qantas they have now removed it from their hotel site .

Rundown and not at an acceptable standard. 6th trip to Bali and never had a bad villa until this one. Everything that has broken in the last 20 years has not been fixed. The staff have no idea and probably being underpaid anyway. We checked out early and relocated to a hotel.

大堂昏暗，登記入住就一個工作人員，平價原因就是別墅殘舊，優点就是地方寬闊，泳池夠大。

I mean this when I say it, please avoid this place at all costs. We arrived at 10:30pm and checked out the next morning and went and booked at a hotel we had stayed at previously. The pictures on their website DO NOT resemble what the villa actually looks like. It is so deceiving. Reception We arrived to a place where there was furniture stacked up everywhere at the entrance, cockroaches on the walkway floor at reception, to then be shown our villa and wow, we were not happy at all. Outdoor area and pool The grass looked like it had not been cut for about 2-3 months. The pool had algae around the pump and broken cement. Kitchen Floor, bench and kitchen table was dirty, had not been wiped or cleaned. The water fountain was in a disgusting state. Bedroom The tv table was extremely dusty, had not been cleaned, our bed sheets and pillows both had stains on them and when they changed the bedding after complaint right away, they changed them with other sheets and pillow cases which also had stains on them. Bathroom Mirror had not been cleaned, it had all dirty toothpaste marks on them from people brushing their teeth at the sink. The spa bath had mould, rust on the metal parts of it and hair in the spa bath. The toilet handle was in terrible shape and disgusting. We were also given dirty towels and once asked for new towels, we were given even dirtier towels. The manager does not offer a refund so we lost money. This place is a scam, please stay away. When I spoke to the reception girls, I asked if they had this problem with other travellers, and they advised yes, and also said it was because of their manager who has photos on the website of what the villa doesn’t actually look like. These poor girls cop it whilst their manager was in Jakarta and only communicating via WhatsApp. Once again AVOID THIS SCAM OF A DISGUSTING PLACE.

Nothing, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!it was was dirty (actually filthy) and we had no hot water. Air conditioning wasn’t working and there was an open sewer in the kitchen area. It was noisy and the water bottle was open before we got there. No utensils to cook with, no toaster and it stank so badly. There was rubbish and cigarette buts, bottles tops, plastic cups and other rubbish all over garden. Lots of stuff was broken and falling apart and it was dated. The bedding and towels had stains and blood on them!! We ran our agent and got our money back and let there after s couple of nights into our one week stay. Read the reviews unlike me and don’t book this place.

Terrible. Villa was old and disgusting. Couldn’t swim in the pool as there was many broken tiles. Would never stay again
