A disappointing experience at a premium price. I’ve been taking friends and customers to Bali for years and decided to spend a little more wanting to keep my guests together and to be spoiled by the staff that Kinaree promises. The summary of my trip is a little disappointing. Whilst the gardens, rooms, facilities were very nice, the staff were no where to be seen. Whilst breakfast was nice, cooking options were very inflexible through the day, where you had to give the staff substantial notice to cook a nasi goreng for breakfast or a snack in the afternoon. The 24 hour security appeared to be a myth, where I they were never noticed on a return from a night out. The service was a let down

Disappointed management practices. They confirmed my booking and then decided to back out. As we needed a 4 bedroom villa, they offered a 6 bedroom villa and close 2 rooms which is a common practice. But owner later decided “as it’s high season” to back out assuming they got another booking. Not a good way to conduct your business. When booking this place, make sure to have a back up plan.

Had amazing time at the villa. Facility was terrific and staff were so helpful and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and well air conditioned.

Amazing villa experience! This place was HUGE and incredibly well staffed. The team was attentive to everything we needed (breakfast, groceries, etc.), and special shoutout to Wayan, who greeted us every morning and remembered all our names. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, with AC and ceiling fans that made it easy to escape the heat and humidity. There’s also a Circle K within walking distance for any last-minute snacks or drinks. Overall, an amazing experience and great value; highly recommend.

Second time I’ve used luxury Bali villas to book my villa in Bali. This time I chose a 10 bedroom complex . Staff was amazing as usual , place was clean and the compound is beautiful. I will always use them for my Bali villa needs :) Wayan and his staff always make us feel at home. Thank you so much !

This villa was the best! The villa was huge and perfect for my friend group. The location was perfect and the staff was so friendly and nice. I will want to stay here again if I come back to Bali! 10/10 would recommend

Everything about this villa was amazing. The staff were always incredibly kind and accommodating. Rooms were kept to the highest standard. Everything I wanted and needed were within walking distance. Food was brilliant. Over all my stay here was awesome and will definitely stay here again.

Villa Kineree is a luxury 10-bedroom villa in Seminyak set next door to the Oberoi hotel with a beautiful pool, outdoor covered seating, generous-sized bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, a driver (to collect you to & from the airport) & staff. My husband and I have stayed here several times & it’s always so relaxing & central to many amazing local restaurants and coffee shops. It’s ideal for groups or families wanting a luxurious stay in arguably one of Seminyak’s best villas.

Amazing experience, friendliest staff. Food was amazing, couldn’t recommend more. Beds were really comfortable too. Some nice restaurants in the area and a massage place 3min walk away.
