Stay in Bali twice a year and I have never had such a bad experience. Toilet not working properly on arrival - fixed day 8 of a 9 day holiday. It was suggested that I was using too much paper but the toilet was not good when I arrived. I requested a partial refund but instead was offered a free taxi to airport and a free meal - this would add up to $30 - we paid $2100 for the villa so $30 did not even closely make up for everything. We also had a toaster that you had to do 4 times on high to get any color, microwave that did not work and the toilet problems - dont stay here
