Overated and dirty place!!! We booked for 4 nights Hakuna matata and this is first time when we left after 1 night. It was terrible experience. In photos villa looks great but in reality view is another. Everything is old, dirty, sticky. The sides of the pool are covered with mold, the stones of the steps are cracked. Even the main door and locks of the villa fail to change or fix. It’s dirty and there's just sh…around, the pool is drowning in mold and they attribute all of this to nature, not to simple neglect. Next to the villa, behind the fence, there are fields full of rubbish, where a bunch of roosters are running around, which will not let anyone sleep from 3 a.m. We spent a lot of time on the island of Bali, we come every few years, we choose places where there is more nature, we have even lived in the jungle, so we know the sounds of nature, birds, geckos, frogs, but here we feel like we are on a chicken and rooster farm. When we woke up in the morning, we texted to the staff that we are moving out, sent him all the photos and asked for a refund for 4 nights. As I already mentioned, we left the villa after the first night, we were warned that we would not get our money back for the remaining 3 nights (we booked and paid via ***********). Not only that, the representative of the villa behaved very badly, after we left, he decided to advertise on airbnb that the villa was available on our dates, in order to earn double (everything you see in photos).
