海柏別墅飯店(Bayshore Villa)

Een heerlijk verblijf aan zee. Candidasa is een leuk rustig plaatje aan de oostkust van Bali. Bayshore villa's is een aanrader. Heel vriendelijk personeel, zeer goed restaurant, spa, en vervoer. We maken leuke uitstapjes in de mooie omgeving. In het hotel is met graag bereid je wegwijs te maken.

Abbiamo visto la camera la sera dato che al momento del check in non era pronta, eravamo nella villa 4..avevo pagato per la vista mare e non la avevo diretta..quando siamo entrati nei bagni abbiamo notato che la doccia era aperta..eravamo molto perplessi visto che c'era proprio un buco nel tetto, abbiamo provato a fare la doccia e nel mio bagno dopo un po jo visto un granchio enorme...mi sono spaventata ma dopo volevo salvarlo..ho chiamato lo staff che invece di aiutarmi a prendere il granchio e rimetterlo in liberta, ha spruzzato 70 kg di insetticida dicendo che avrebbe ucciso anche il granchio. Mi sono arrabbiata e ho riaperto il bagno per fare qualcosa ma ho visto uscire blatte,lucertole enormi e altro..percio abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera...ci hanno trasferiti in una ancora piu lontana dal mare e che puzzava di chimico da morire, nn c erano alternative. Ad ogni nostra richiesta il personale era molto menefreghista e incentrato solo a farci spendere piu soldi, dato che per esempio se durante la colazione vuoi un the o un cappuccino lo devi pagare a parte (cosa ridicola)... comunque ci hanno rovinato parte della vacanza e non capita tutti i giorni di andare a bali! Hotel pessimo, non ci andate!!!

Abbiamo visto la camera solo la sera perchè al momento del check in non era pronta, la villa 4 non aveva una vista sul mare come avevo richiesto e questo ci ha già delusi, dopodichè anche se con qualche riserva abbiamo fatto la doccia col tetto aperto (cosa non specificata per la stanza) ma durante la doccia ho notato che avevo in bagno un granchio enorme!!! Mi sono spaventata, ma ho chiamato lo staff per farlo rimuovere senza problemi. Loro invece hanno spruzzato una quantità indicibile di insetticida dicendo che avrebbe ucciso anche il granchio, me ne sono lamentata sia per l'animale che per l'odore chimico che aveva inondato l'intera stanza, ma non è servito a molto. Ho provato a rientrare in bagno per salvare io stessa l'animale ma ho visto uscire blatte, lucertole enormi e altro...alchè ho chiesto un cambio camera. L'altra camera puzzava di chimico e di chiuso in una maniera atroce....ma non avevamo alternative essendo le 22 ormai. L'abbiamo areegiata noi stessi perchè il personale dell'albergo se ne è fregato, e abbiamo capito che l'albergo era proprio pessimo. Qualsiasi richiesta fatta al personale era inutile perchè erano impreparati anche sul chiamare un taxi, la colazione anche se era inclusa aveva delle maggiorazioni se volevi un semplice cappuccino in più. La spiaggia dell'hotel era inesistente, la piscina sporca. Non capisco come questo albergo abbia così tante stelle qui e su altri siti...per me è stata un'esperienza tremenda che mi ha parzialmente rovinato la vacanza! Mai più!!!!

Très bon séjour, nourriture très bonne, propriétaire est sur place et s’occupe de ses équipes du coup hôtel Bien tenu. Bateau, driver, scooters tout est bien organisé et aux prix locaux.

I thought I'd died and gone to Heaven! What an amazing place to stay. From the moment we arrived, Nick from Bsyshore was waiting at the airport to collect us. 2 hours North from airport, Nick gave a bit of a commentary along the way. Very comfy bed, king size. Fresh towels daily. Brad, the owner (Aussie), has trained his staff to perfection. Miss Millie (Brad's puppy) is part of the welcoming committee and plays a very important role at the resort. She is not a bother to guests. Meals were varied a d tasty. Gardens are well maintained, the views from restaurant spectacular. We are feeling well rested after 8 days there. Thanks Brad, Putu, Kadek, Sugar Sugar (honey honey), Robbie, and all staff for taking such good care of 2 seniors. Biggest hugs to all, kisses to Miss Millie too

Another fabulous stay at this gem of a resort. This time we stayed in one of the ‘residences’, it was so comfortable and relaxing. We had a ground floor suite comprising of a massive bedroom with king size bed as well as a large single (so perfect for families) two bathrooms, a spacious lounge kitchen and dining room, verandah and private plunge pool. Great air con indoors, satellite tv, full size fridge and water cooler, even a cooker not that you need it. Choice of 2 wonderful shared pools including one facing the ocean - no shortage of sun beds and drinks and snacks available by the pool. Beautiful gardens. Terrace Restaurant, again overlooking the ocean, offers an extensive menu with daily specials and room service. It’s hard to leave the resort but just across the road you have Loaf cafe which does yummy cakes, baguettes and coffee as well as Warung Bintang which offers really top notch local dishes (try the fish baked in banana leaf with all the add ons) and the many local restaurants offer free pickup and drop off. This is our 6th visit and although I have looked at other hotels in the area Bayshore wins hands down on every front including quality and value. Book direct you will be pleasantly surprised. my mother and stayed at Candi Dasa to see Bali and culture for her first time, it was so lovely we booked in with Bayshore villas driver Nick MAHENDRA who was excellent, thoughtful and and enthusiastic, and even made sure my mama was taken care off. We had a beautiful experience in the local village and also did cooking class in the resort. Bayshore Villas resort staff were so wonderful We miss them all already! Would definitely come again Would highly recommend Thank you 🙏

I consider this resort my "home away from home". The staff are wonderful, the resort is kept impeccably clean and tidy and the location is fantastic because it is in a more quiet area of Bali, so you truly get to relax and rejuvenate! It is truly beautiful
