Один минус - номера ветхие и в санузле в последние дни очень не приятно пахло. В остальном , всё супер. Ребята классные , отзывчивые. Бассейн чистый и очень красиво и зелено вокруг. Отель Рядом с океаном.

The air conditioner was very noisy. The back doors towards balcony couldn’t be locked properly. The bathroom door can’t be locked at all. The shower compartment always gets flooded. No face towels. The queen bed feels like it is gonna give way and break soon. Only one pillow per person. No TV or radio. No overnight hotel staff except for a security guard. Sound proofing was bad.

Great and good breakfast

I had a great stay at Ecosfera Hotel. The room was big and super nice. The view is also amazing I’m a yogi, so I also enjoyed the big yoga terrace for my practice The breakfast was delicious and I couldn’t help, but come back to the restaurant again for lunch and dinner The staff is super friendly and helpful If you are looking for a quite place close to the beach with a nice pool and view — this is the best choice!

Good service

We have stayed perhaps 4 times pre and post Covid. We love the staff they are honestly so welcoming and caring. The rooms are well priced and appointed. The pool and spa are fabulous. Green Spot cafe has an amazing Bfast and staff. It's a great location The beds are comfy We feel very safe and very looked after. We will always stay here. Thank you Ecosfera crew. X

Currently staying here. This is my second stay here. First time stayed in ground floor room near the pool (family room). This time I was given a third floor room. Second to third floor stairs are steep and narrow so access to the room is unpleasant and you need to take great care when descending. I asked to change rooms but nothing else is available. I would have been happy with the second floor. I booked my stay back in May of this year. Not a last minute booking. I believe I was given this room because I am a solo traveler. It made my stay a disappointing experience. I will not stay here again. I believe that the stairway to the third floor is dangerous and an accident waiting to happen. Although the location of the hotel is great and the staff lovely I feel I was short changed this time round.

Un hotel dove si concentrano troppo su yoga e spa piuttosto che l'attenzione ai turisti...camere poco arredate, piastrelle rotte, bagno vecchio e copriletto rovinato. Abbiamo prenotato una camera con colazione inclusa (alla carta); dopo che abbiamo ordinato la colazione, mentre la cameriera ci stava portando le pietanze scelte ci è stato detto che era incluso solo una bevanda e un piatto e che l'ulteriore piatto e bevanda ordinati sarebbero state a pagamento. Fatto presente che queste cose vanno dette prima dell'ordine e non dopo, pur riconoscendo il loro errore ci hanno fatto pagare ben 20€ di colazione per quanto non incluso (a bali un prezzo alto per una colazione)... per di più questo era l'ultimo hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato durante il nostro viaggio a Bali e in tutti gli altri per "colazione inclusa" erano intesi o colazione continentale con ampia scelta di piatti oppure come minimo (per persona) una bevanda calda, una bevanda fredda e due piatti di cui uno a base di frutta e uno di uova o pancake o waffel o pasticceria!

The hotel is nice in general, but I found it a bit weird that a hotel charging almost $100 usd per night wants me to pay $3 extra for them to wash the pillow case. I use all natural, water-soluble hair color, so it sometimes leaves a mark on the pillow but it comes out immediately in the wash. I know because I've used it for years and wash my own sheets at home. I travel for my work and have literally never been asked to pay extra to have my sheets washed. They sent me photos of the pillowcase and informed me that they would charge me $3 extra every time they wash the sheets, so I just told them not to wash them anymore, will stay elsewhere next week. The staff are very nice and the location is lovely but what a weird annoying policy.
