Terrible, avoid staying here. Very dirty, blood-stained pillows, holes in sheets, bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. Photos are misleading and dishonest. Had to find new accommodation after just one night and would have sooner if I could have.

I wish I had not just looked at the rating and actually read the reviews which are screaming that this is a horrible hotel. I've realised that it must have been good before Covid but after it resumed services it's been pathetic. The hotel seems cold and unwelcoming. The staff is rude and unfriendly. I think Robert at the front desk calls the shot and is straightforward and no nonsense. No hint of service or niceness, he seemed to be more intimidating, bordering on threatening. While checking in all he told us was what not to do, and took 200k deposit. I've not had to pay any deposit in other hotels so far. The room doesn't have a full coffee kit, they had no milk powder so I called to request some, they said they don't have any. I asked if they could then send the breakfast coffee to the room, they refused. They have no will or intention or interest to serve their guests.
