I don't want to judge but in my experience I think I start to realise that every time a restaurant proposes outside old pictures of the menu, i think u must be ready to face something infact..... We had breakfast , one pancake and one bread with fruit. Let me explain that bread with fruit in the image was something like : bread with jam, fresh fruit on It with some seeds. What I received was breadno jam , some slices of fruit on it and some seeds spread all over the plate... As I tried to Eat one slice , everything fell off (even if there wasn't much to fell off haha) My girlfriends pancakes were too much dried. Place is cool and I think historical , but for food I think it needs a little more treat on detailes , cause there was none or not enough Ps the waiter brought me some jam later... and it was in a plastic container and also hot... Don't think we will try again any further

Horrible hotel , do not stay there ! On the very first morning of my 3 nights stay and while I went to breakfast, an employee searched my room which was locked and stole money from my luggage. Unfortunately for him, I had just exchanged the roupies a few hours before and I knew exactly how much I had. Management did nothing to help, but after I said I was going to the Police I "found" some old notes on the floor... as if ?! Very dishonest.

Nice accommodation in Ubud. Rooms are pleasant and have good views. Pros... * comfy bed * breakfast was good (juices not fresh though) * mosquito nets * pool * good restaurant * good massage place Cons.... * bathroom- shower spurts everywhere- no shower screen so whole bathroom is wet :( * only one power point socket in room * lots of stairs (take a bag you can carry) * toilet is on a platform so short people cant reach floor- feet dangle unless you sit sideways! Staff were great- carried bags to room.... needed linen changed and staff came quickly and worked efficiently. Enjoyed our stay except for the bathroom!!! Not fun having to wade through a wet room to use the toilet!

Nice experience stay in this place clean room simpel but elegant with nature🌿🍃🌿🍃 fibers good for Quality with family and nice INTERTAIMEN in restaurant with good food for price also not to much experience . We are enjoying stay there will back soon to visit again 😇😇😇😇🙏🙏

The scenery and pool are great. The people are very nice. The rooms are a little outdated, but fine. If you want to be in the center of Ubud, this is a good place to stay. We didn't try the restaurant, except for breakfast. A lot of choices, but small portions.

Terrible experience, bad service i do not recommend wasting your time there or even thinking of going, staff taking pictures and forgetting what we ordered they were taking pictures and it was empty yet they left us waiting

+ Ideally located for walking around Ubud. Removes the problem with finding a parking space (at that time, impossible. maybe better now with changes to rules? ). Room, small but clean and absolutely fine for what we needed. Good atmosphere, very green. incredible really as in the middle of bustling Ubud. Breakfast overlooking the rice fields on morning - very pleasant. - Staff seemed very tentative in dealing with us. I’m used to Bukit so maybe a different style. No hand soap - not acceptable especially after covid. Did we get an upgrade from one large double to a double plus a single (had a child with us)? Don’t know - they never said anything…. thanks if we did. One word of caution: security is very poor. There is a gang (alleyway) at back of property- great for getting out on to the streets. Completely unguarded so anyone can walk in to the property. The locks on the doors to cabins are laughable. We didn’t even need to undo the ‘padlock’ to get in to ours. I could have got into any of them with a small screwdriver in seconds. We locked our laptops, iPad in our car instead. How was our stay? Will we come back? They don’t know as not asked.

Nice room, clean, no frills but had everything you needed & bed had a mosquito net. Could do with updating a little even if it was only new towels & curtains. Small pool but was sufficient for a one night stay sun loungers provided and area around the pool was also clean and nicely landscaped. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I only ate breakfast in the restaurant which was OK.

Prima plek om van daar uit ubud te bezoeken. Midden in het leven en toch ook de plaid back atmosfeer die je zoekt. Prima personeel en restaurant ook prima te doen. Kamer 401 vonden wij ook helemaal ok. Goede airco, leuk balkon. Ontbijt ook prima, je kunt van een ontbijtkaart kiezen. Bed ligt ook nog eens lekker. Handdoeken worden na wassen wel eens vergeten maar worden na navraag direct geleverd. Ook prima als boekingskantoor voor excursie in te zetten.
