穆簡易別墅度假村

我住在瑜珈平房，熱水系統有問題。當我們打開熱水旋鈕時，熱水就出來了。我身體的右側現在有一級或二級燒傷。我尖叫著跑出淋浴間，急切地尋找冰塊，當我走出淋浴間時，我妹妹不知不覺地進去了，做了同樣的事，也把自己燙傷了。我告訴接待處，除了冰塊之外沒有提供任何幫助，他們認為淋浴效果很好。我在谷歌上搜尋了滾燙的淋浴水，電熱水器上的恆溫器似乎出現了故障，水現在像熔岩一樣流出。當心 - 他們不知道如何維護這個地方。我的皮膚仍然被燒傷，穿衣服都會很痛，而且我再也無法得到我期待的按摩了。不幸的是，這種淋浴情況毀了我們的旅行。

我們住在 Mu 作為我們住宿計劃的最後一刻改變。 Go 團隊非常樂於助人，熱情好客。景色多美啊！但視圖並不能說明一切。那裡的團隊熱情好客。處處體現「我能行」的態度。泳池、夜間燒烤——芳香的煙霧吸引您留下來享用晚餐，同時日落令人難以置信。傑羅姆（Jerome）精心調配了一支出色的團隊，我強烈推薦這個度假村。

As nearly everywhere in Bali, the people have been super super friendly. The room was nice and typical Balinese. Shampoo/conditioner & shower gel included. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this place. Specially the views, pool and breakfast. As well as the daily yoga sessions on the shala. Definitely a recommendation to single travelers and couples.

Difficult to rave enough about this slice of paradise with its infinity pool overlooking Impossible surf break. Each of the comfortable bungalows has there own Bale, Indo place to lounge outside on a comfortable mattress with a grass roof to ward off sun, where you can allow the peaceful view to massage away any worries. Comes with a fantastic choice of breakfasts to jump start your day though leaving once you've sunken into ambience will challenge anyone. Take advantage while you can.

Nous sommes restés quelques jours au Mù et nous sommes partis avec regrets! Nous aurions adoré passer tout notre séjour ici, tant cet endroit est charmant et magique !Une chambre de style Balinais avec une literie très confortable, moustiquaire, climatisation,une très belle salle de bain ,un coin cosy pour la détente,tout a été conçu et pensé avec beaucoup de goût.Le site et les chambres sont très bien entretenus par un personnel adorable.Jérôme le propriétaire dirige sa structure avec bienveillance et discrétion. Vous ne manquerez de rien ! La réception est là pour toutes vos demandes (taxi, location de voiture;scooter etc...) Un restaurant pour prendre petit déjeuner, déjeuner et dîner avec une vue imprenable ! Une cuisine délicieuse et saine à très bon prix, tout est fait maison, de l’entrée au dessert (un des meilleurs endroit pour moi à Bali pour un dîner romantique où entre amis, digne d’un quatre étoiles, à un prix vraiment très correct) Idéalement situé avec en prime, une des meilleures vue sur le spot Impossible ! I stayed 2 nights at Mu last week. This review is not related to the property but rather on how my complaint was ignored by the Manager,Mr Freddy. As per normal on night 1 when i retired to bed I had removed my necklace ( as I do everynite). and placed it on the writing desk. The next morning (Day 2) I left straight for breakfast and then left for the beach. At the beach I realised i have not put my necklace on but didnt worry too much as I assumed I would find it back in the Bungalow. When I returned and found it missing ( esp after looking around) I reported to Ms. Endang at reception. She promptly summoned the 2 house keepers who had cleaned my room and together we did another thorough search to no avail. Endang said the staff are trust worthy and all found items are always reported. Obviously theres nothing I could do. I could not accuse anyone of theft nor could I proof I had left it there. It was them versus me and I knew it was a lost cause. The necklace wasnt expensive but it had intrinsic value to me. On Day 3 morning just before I checked out I asked to see the Manager (Freddy) but was told h wasnt in. I then asked for his contact number or email but reception was not at liberty to divulge - which I also understand. So i requested that Freddy calls me as I wanted him to hear from me first hand about the missing necklace. I did not hear from the Manager for 2 days so i enquired again and was told that he had asked reception to tell me to email them and for them to forward my complaint to him. Quite a round about way in handling an unhappy guest. I then sent Freddy a whatsapp ( via reception) note expressing disappointment for his lack of response. He still hasnt made contact. My point is MU Management / Manager - specifically Freddy takes NO INTEREST in addressing customers complaints and has no managerial courage to face customers . Let this be a cautionary tale to be extra careful when leaving things in MU Bungalows because the onus rest with the guests and the Manager is happy to let matters disappear by not addressing them. I have also subsequently read reviews where guests have lost personal effects with no accountability from MU. Guest at Matahari Bungalow 18-20 October 2024
