Absolutely great experience. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The environment is beautiful and very peaceful in the middle of the jungle. The facility is well maintained. The hotel tour and taxi services are excellent, takes you wherever you want to go with reasonable price. Drivers are friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to the main attractions in Ubud (rice terrace, Tirta Empul) so transport doesn’t take a long time. Make use of the free shuttle to Ubud Center to help you explore the area. Hotel food is delicious, and there are live performances in the restaurant on Tuesday and Thursday. The spa is right next to the restaurant. The Balinese massage is very professional set in a room facing natural forest, highly recommend. Overall, excellent 5 star hotel in Ubud.

Amazing personal, everything was prepared good in room. Breakfast and dinner awesome. Also gtuten free product breakfast/ pizza.

Beautiful view of the Ubud forest, close to the famous ridge walk.

Excellent service and facilities, for anyone looking for a getaway in a quite and luxury place surrounded with nature. Highly recommended.
