我參觀了住宿，並得到了關於設施和用途的詳細說明，所以它很好並且維護得很乾淨。 高品質住宿 泳池也不錯 早上的早餐真是美味又充滿誠意。 親鐵路是最好的

別墅非常乾淨而且設計得很好。唯一的缺點是山別墅（我們住的別墅）到接待處要走一段路。於是，有一天晚上，我點了GoFood，一路走到lobb6取貨，卻發現我把現金落在了別墅裡。當我跑回來拿現金時，夜班經理追了我（很長一段距離）。他攔住了我，說他可以先結賬，我稍後再跟前台結賬。這表明客戶服務有多麼出色。

美麗的酒店，非常漂亮的房間，一流的設施，美麗的游泳池，美味的食物和非常友好的工作人員。位置優越，相對於烏布市中心。

環境優美，員工友善且樂於助人。游泳池維護得很好，非常適合暢遊。咖啡館的食物和飲料也很不錯。床很舒服。位置優越，可快速前往烏布市區和烏布皇宮。還有免費班車。非常適合度假！

純粹的別墅和水療中心是非常好的飯店，早餐選擇也很豐富。我只有一間令人擔憂的房間，沒有適當的照明，房間裡有很多蚊子。

非常愉快的住宿體驗。友善的服務，不錯的私人住宿。

ROOMS: different type of villas, we chose one with a pool and it was perfect. Very spacious villa with a big outside terrace. Comfortable bed, table and sofa in the room, spacious bathroom with a wardrobe zone. There are bath and shower. Safe box, fridge, drinking water are also available in every room. In the terrace there are sunbeds or sofa for sunbathing, couch near the pool with a small table. Outside furniture is worn out - there are some stains on them. LOCATION: directly in the jungle, 5min drive of Ubud center FOOD: breakfast 7:30-10:30am, it’s a set of drinks (hot coffee/tea & fresh juice), pastry, fruit place and a main dish. Frankly, the breakfast could be better - there are rather many options, but every dish has some flaws. For example, savory French toast is two toasted bread pieces with very small amount of ingredients above (we asked to add ham here, but this didn’t help). There is an afternoon tea&coffee, where they serve small snacks as well, which is free for guests. The restaurant works also for lunch and dinner and these meals are very good! Various menu from traditional Balinese food to European cuisine and pasta. There are also dish of the day (costs 110k Rp). Everything is very tasty and for reasonable prices. FACILITIES: 1) good wi-fi (but sometimes video couldn’t play), 2) spa with different programs available, professional masseuses, 3) small gym, 4) morning yoga (extra payment 150k Rp), 5) shuttle service to Ubud center (see time on photos attached). STAFF: very friendly and hospitable. Everyone tries to make your stay there relaxing. There is only one guy in the reception who surprisingly isn’t friendly at all, but highly likely you’ll see him only once and that’s it.

Our villa was bigger than our house. Our kids had their own standalone villa within our complex. The private infinity pool in our villa was almost the same size as the communal feature pools of the resort. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The shuttle service to the city was great (not that it’s very far away in a cab anyway) and the spa was better than most of the standalone spas we have visited across Bali.

This hotel was sublime and exceeded all our expectations. Our room was perfect and took our breath away, the décor and furniture fabulous. We had our own pool, big enough for swimming. The bed was huge and comfortable bed, in the middle of the room. The staff were amazing, so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They made us feel special and without them the place wouldn't be what it is. With special note to Eric, Chocy, Bepi, Yuli and so many more. We had a romantic evening outside our villa by our pool and the flowers, candles decorated everywhere where spectacular, they really made an effort. The massages are incredible, the food delicious, and definitely this is a place to go. Thank you to all the staff at this hotel who made our holiday. We cannot fault anything. Michael and Tanya

Excellent stay - we stayed 4 nights and was amazing. Staff were plenty and very helpful, Depi at the restaurant was brilliant, nothing was a problem and room was very nice and clean. The private pool and outdoor living perfect. A comfortable stay and would recommend to all Wanting some luxury.
