Sanna Ubud A Pramana Experience

Amazing room and service for a very reasonable price. There are still a few bugs here and there but it’s expected for a hotel in Ubud.

This Hotel is amazing. The staff is very friendly and kind. The pools are clean but the water is a little bit cold. The food was great. The only problem that we had were the roosters, we could hear them at night, but we complained about it and they gave us another room further away were we couldn't hear them. So the good thing is they react fast and effective abot the complaints. If i ever come to Bali, i will stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful, tranquil and clean property. I arrived to a beautiful outdoor Balinese flower bath and today woke up to a gorgeous floating breakfast. The hotel room is serene and breathtaking with beautiful decor. The staff is kind, quick and professional. I highly recommend this property and will be returning. I am so sad to leave. Thank you Sanna Ubud!

L’accueil était très bon, la chambre superbe avec la piscine panoramique. Le restaurant (petit déjeuner et dîner étaient parfaits), ainsi que les massages dans le spa. Seul bémol, l’accès aux chambres un peu difficile car l hôtel est en restanque. Ah oui aussi, nous avons eu les WC bouchés le soir, il a fallu insister pour avoir une intervention le soir même. Et lors de notre départ, le Check out de la chambre a fait ressortir qu’un sac (a priori de l’hôtel) était manquant, comme si nous étions parti avec….c’etait moyen quand même, on ne sait même pas à quoi il pouvait ressembler. Hormis si c’est un sac Chanel hors de prix, je ne vois pas l’intérêt de faire cette remarque au client, dans un hôtel de ce standing. Merci au personnel pour l’accueil et les sourires

How lucky we were to experience Sanna ubud and all its indulgences. Beautiful architecture, kind and attentive staff, stunning spa and a**osphere overall. Already dreaming of a time we can return. Thanks to the team for making our stay an unforgettable experience.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The staff are really great. We stayed in a pool villa that was exceptional. The restaurant food was top class. Every meal we had at the restaurant was a delight. When you arrive at the hotel you are given a welcome drink in the bar area and blessed in the temple. The you take a short buggy ride to your room. Don't forget to check out the spa which is near the bottom of the property by the river, its design looks like it came out of a movie scene. The main pool have some stone monkeys and stuff at the bottom of the pool, brilliant touch. looks like something from Indiana Jones. Do yourself a favour and book a few days, you will not be disappointed.

I stayed here during my recent trip to Bali and it was absolutely exceptional! Everything about this hotel is luxurious. My room was beautiful and the service we received was great. Everyone was polite, kind, and helped to make my experience the best. When I return to Ubud I will definitely be staying here again. To the staff - Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
