住宿方回覆: Dear MAO/CONGCONG, We regret to hear your inconvenience experience during staying with us. Please allow us to clarify 2 points that you have written. In regards to staff in charge for your check in, we always have our team who is in charge for in Reception, and guest will have always registered and escorted to the room (no self-check in here) , otherwise you will not able to occupy your room right on your arrival time. In regards to you had itchy on your body, we have our regular vacuum program for all our mattrass, and both of your room is time to time are occupied as it is pool access and loved by our client. Since we open in 2014, until today, we never have such comment about our mattrass.
