Very nice

Top hotel We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het hotel. Heel aardig team alles kon en niets was teveel gevraagd. Als we ooit nog die kant opgaan komen we er graag weer terug.

I only stayed two nights and there was a huge water leak in front of my room, i was asked if i could help?! Very unprofessional and inconvenient.

Dirty bathroom with no will to clean it! Ask 3 times to have my bathroom clean as it had pink mildew in the handycap shower and as a former employee of American Inn I was very disappointed in there service or there willingness to even let me clean the dam shower so we could shower! Got substantial eveidence of this disgusting place!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had several requests and they assisted with a smile. On one occasion, I asked for a couple towels and the gentleman working the front desk had been spraying a carpet and air freshener in the lobby just prior to me approaching him. He went in the back room, washed and dried his hands thoroughly and got me a few towels. I actually wouldn’t expect most people to show that kind of concern for hygiene in that situation. Was noted and appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We had the 1 bedroom with the sofa pullout and it was a fantastic room. Very clean and spacious. Since it was situated with a bedroom in the back it was very quiet. My brother was in a regular room and unfortunately he said it was very noisy. The breakfast was very good and the staff was professional and helpful. Pool was warm and relaxing!
