And there is a half bath on the top floor for convenience.There are three levels, accessed by 3 sets of stairs. The bedroom level features comfy, carpeted bedrooms with super comfy beds and bedding. The master bedroom is complete with a king bed, walk-in closet and modern tiled shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each feature queen-sized beds and share a hallway bathroom with a bathtub.The property also features free in-unit full-size washer and dryer.Guests will have full private access to the entire unit and 2-car garage.The backyard is not fully fenced.The best way to communicate is through the app.We have a professional property manager for after hours maintenance emergencies. You will receive the contact information upon arrival, and check-in instructions at 9am the morning of.We do allow pets with a $75 per pet per stay fee.
