A nod to the classic actors of a bygone era, the Hepburn offers guests a unique blend of modern and vintage decor. The apartment spans three floors behind our family-owned theater. With two full private suites, full kitchen, pub-inspired lounge, and two private balconies this is a stay you are sure to remember!The spaceOnce you step foot inside, you will notice the incredible attention to detail the designers have taken from porcelain tiled floor to high relief ceiling. In the kitchen, hammered copper ceiling tiles and hardwood cabinetry make for a cozy breakfast space. Down the hall you will find a prohibition era-styled lounge with bolstered leather couches, wingback chairs, and a hardwood game table. This lounge has been outfitted with original film canisters and film cabinet from the theater owner’s private collection.Up the stairs to the second and third floor private full suites, you are enclosed by wrought iron railings and a stone wall fit for a castle. Both private suites have full bath and closets, electric fireplaces, and private balconies that overlook the Blue Ridge mountains and north end of Luray.With such attention given to decor and layout, this rental is not kid-friendly. There are no next door neighbors at Antler Ridge Cabin. All you'll see from the spacious front porch are the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains. From the back deck, you'll see the Skyline Drive of the Shenandoah National Park. Situated at the edge of 52 acres of pasture and forest, Antler Ridge Cabin is the perfect romantic getaway for 2 in the Shenandoah Valley or a peaceful getaway Sightings of deer, snakes, wild turkeys, or even a bear are possible.... you are in the neck of the woods. Inside the cabin, you will find all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The living room includes a TV with DVD player, sofa, fireplace (but not for use in summer months), full kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook that special meal in the kitchen or on the grill out back. Two guests only please. The map only plots our property in Luray...it is 2 miles from Lake Arrowhead on Wintergreen Drive (or State Rd 746).
