It is centrally located just off Central Ave., the main street through Hot Springs, 7 mins from Oaklawn and just 14 mins from downtown. It is thoroughly updated including all new windows. The large family room has a 65" big screen TV and two couches. One couch is a queen size sleeper and the other two built-in recliners. There are also TVs in both bedrooms. Whether enjoying our spectacular sunrises with a cup of coffee or relaxing by the pool with a cold beverage, you will feel right at home. Enjoy fine dining close by or in the historic downtown district, or have a cold brew at one of the local microbreweries. Hot Springs offers something for everyone. From swimming or fishing in the lake, duck boating, enjoying the thrills of Magic Springs theme park, strolling through Garvin Gardens Botanical Gardens, or mountain biking or hiking through countless miles of trails in the Ouachita National Forest.
