The master bedroom has a luxurious king-sized bed with an en suite bathroom and a walk-in shower to fully refresh after a day in the sun. The two additional bedrooms each feature queen-sized beds, but there is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living area in case additional accommodation is needed (every room features a ceiling fan). The condo is fully remodeled and freshly painted with all new furniture, flooring, and even new blinds to ensure your stay is as clean and comfortable as possible. For entertainment, catch up on your favorite shows with three Amazon Fire stick TVs and one smart TVs (one in each bedroom and in the living space). There are several fantastic restaurants nearby, but the condo is also convenient for home cooking with a fully equipped kitchen, including a microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker. Additionally, there is a stackable washer and dryer for your private use. For guests with their own boat, you can bring and store your boat on property free of charge and drop it in at the Port Of Kimberling Marina just about a five minute drive down the road.This is due to a ruling by the Army Corps Of Engineers.
