Newly renovated 2nd floor condo -- 3 bedroom 1 bath. A quick 3-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk! This property has three bedrooms with 2 queen beds, 2 single beds and a sleep sofa. All bedrooms have there own dresser. Enjoy your morning coffee and the sea air on the balcony's table and chairs!Kitchen is completely renovated with new appliances stove, fridge, microwave, toaster oven and coffee maker. Kitchen is stocked with all needed essentials like frying pans, lobster pot, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, cups and plates and more! Bath towels and linens are also provided and professionally cleaned. The whole condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized prior to each visit!There is a coin-operated washer and dryer in the common area at the back of the first floor. Enter through the first door around the back side of the house.This condo comes with 1 assigned parking spot that is available May 15- October 15. You'll find it on the left side of the house (if looking straight at the house from the front).
